I worked alongside the owners of Monkey Puzzle Greenford as a nursery manager for over 4 years. I started off by launching their Uxbridge branch which was an amazing success. I then moved across to open Monkey Puzzle Greenford. In all my time working for John and Sukhy, the safety of the children and staff was always of paramount importance to them. They always treat the staff team like family which I found really unique in this sector.The Directors were also involved in ensuring the Managers and staff were delivering a high-quality education and childcare. They always challenged us to be the best we could be, and would make sure we always had the resources to do our job effectively.Monkey Puzzle Greenford is large in size but still has the feeling of a home away from home. As an employee I always felt valued, heard and although I was first and foremost a manager, I always felt like part of the Gill family.I am now a first time parent and I can honestly say that the qualities I would look for in a child care setting can 100% be found at Monkey Puzzle Greenford. After my maternity leave I look forward to returning to child care which is the industry I just love and adore. Our little one has been attending this nursury since Oct 2022, and we have had such a great experience from the very start. The team have created a warm, welcoming, and playful environment for the children, which gives them a safe and fun space to explore and learn! We get daily feedback and love the weekly pictures and updates. We can see such big changes in the way our child plays, communicates, and even explores spaces since starting at this nursery.

My son started with Monkey Puzzle when he was a year old. As he was so young, I was so anxious about how he would be in a new environment. Surprisingly, he settled in quite quickly. Since then, every time I drop him off he quickly goes to the staff and is so excited to start his day that he hurries to kiss me goodbye. I can see the progress with his speech and social skills and for this I am very happy with our choice of nursery. The staff and manager are so supportive and accommodating with our requests. I can also see how much they care about my son's wellbeing. The nursery is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle to everyone.

I highly recommend this nursery. I have been sending my daughter for over a year now and I look forward to send my second child as well soon. The ground and management staff, together with the owners John and Sukhy are very caring and professional. As my daughter’s first 2 years were impacted by Covid, she was clingy to us as parents and had not had much social interaction. Since she joined the nursery, I have seen lots of positive changes in her behaviour, social skills, self feeding ability, phonics, nursery rhymes and potty training amongst others. The daily activities they do at the nursery as well are amazing. The environment is very homely to the children, the attention to details and safety of the children is their utmost priority which gives us as parents a comfort knowing our child is in good hands. I will also like to highlight they take food allergies seriously and any affected children do not feel left out, their needs are catered and food prepared with all precautions. I highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Greenford since March 2022 and I cannot praise the staff enough! As a lockdown baby, my son had very little interaction with anyone but his immediate family. At 2 years and 3 months, he was still very clingy to me and scared of the outside world, Due to work commitments, we needed childcare and explored various options such as childminders etc before joining Monkey Puzzle. As a first time anxious Mum, the thought of leaving my son anywhere without me was very very difficult... but the staff at Monkey Puzzle were so patient with us both and gave us the time and understanding that we both needed.I was impressed with the nursery from the outset. It was very clean and very well thought out. The facilities are definitely the best in the area. But it's the staff that make the nursery the fantastic place that it is. Every single member of staff has been so kind and accommodating. Sammy went above and beyond to help my son settle in and I will always be grateful to her for her patience and kindness, as well as all the other members of staff involved in helping my son settle in. In preschool, Emily has been amazing in helping my son develop and updates us daily on everything he's learning. He gets a lot of love from her as well as from Sawsan, Tahmina, Huria, Javeria and all other members of staff. The Manager Jana's passion for childcare shines through and it clear she loves what she does, always smiling and always so helpful.The owners Sukhy and John have created a wonderful environment for children to grow their confidence and develop and it is really lovely that they both take the time to get to know the parents and child.My son is a different boy to the one who started Monkey Puzzle a year ago. He's gone from crying every morning to happily attending each day and even telling me he misses Monkey Puzzle on the weekends!There is no peace of mind like knowing your child is in a safe, supportive, nurturing and loving environment. I will always be grateful to EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF for creating such a positive foundation to nursery/ school life for my son.Thank you Monkey Puzzle!

The nursery is really good. I would say, the best in the area. Professional helpful attentive staff. I definitely noticed the progress of my daughter in social and speaking skills. The teachers provide a lot of educational and creative tasks for kids to be prepared for school. The playground is spacious. The classrooms are large, light and clean, full of the best toys and books for children to enjoy. The furniture is safe and comfortable. The children go for a walk every day. The food is delicious and all the food preferences are taken into account.Dear Nursery team, thank you!

My son is a lock down baby and I was worried for his social skills hence I decided to put him in nursery early to gain some skills. It took him a long time to adapt and to start enjoying it fully as he had not been able to go anywhere. Gradually I could see a positive change in him I.e he would not sit down to eat at home and now he does. Nursery has been a positive influence on him and I’m so pleased the staff have done an incredible job at settling him in. My son knows all the staff there and they have all contributed to his settling in this is evident as when I drop him off he knows all the staff. Also the nursery is constantly clean and safety of the children is always ensured. I know I can relax when I send my son and equally he also enjoys going now.

My Child has attended Monkey Puzzle for the last 11months, at first like all parents I was apprehensive about leaving my child in a new environment, however the managers and staff made me feel at easy, comfortable and with peace of mind about leaving my baby every morning.Fast forward to now and my baby has now progressed to the next stage and into the toddler class, I have watched him learn and grow and go onto develop bonds with his teachers and other children in his room.Within the nursery my child is safe and more importantly he is happy, when he was part of the baby room he was content and happy to go every morning, (there were more tears from me at the beginning) with his key person and the other members of the team, now he is part of the toddler room he can’t get out of his pushchair fast enough to get to class and join his friends.From my experience I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Greenford to any parent!

It has taken me a couple of months to decide whether or not to write this review however after much thought I have decided to speak about my experience. Firstly it’s important to state that I would not recommend this nursery to anyone. If you care about your child’s safety and well being, I would highly suggest you avoid this nursery at all costs. When my daughter first attended, there were members of staff which really helped and gave her the support she needed. However as time went on, they left and more and more staff left. The turn over for the staff was shocking. The owners of this nursery unfortunately are driven by money and don’t have the well-being of the children at the forefront of their minds. My daughter was attacked supposedly by one other child “a scratch” was what I was told on the phone by the manager. I come to the nursery to pick up my daughter (who can’t talk) and I see her face has been battered. The staff had conflicting stories from the cctv footage which was seen by the owners (I was not allowed to see for myself what happened to my child). This was a massive safeguarding issue which I was shocked to see how it was handled. I took my daughter out of this nursery for her own safety. And till this day I do not know the truth about what happened to my child.

A great nurturing environment, my son loves coming to nursery each day and when not there talks about his peers and minders with lots of joy. The team are excellent, providing a high level of care and are always on hand when needed. Highly recommend!
