Stockport Magistrates' & County Court

This court is an absolute disgrace. If you are a woman and not born in this country you don't stand a chance with these crooks. I had a child maintenance issue with my ex who refused to pay a penny and they sided with him.. Great example for British Society. They are misogynists, lose paperwork and have no clue what they are doing. No justice here. I was hospitalised at the time due to a life limiting illness and the extra stress this court has given me is beyond appalling.

God have mercy!!!Never seen a court more incompetent, staff so inept, rude and absolutely horrendous. Communication systems archaic and out of date.I wonder the number of people suffering due to administrative naivety of this court house/clerks.

I have been a volunteer here for the last 15 years and have always found it a good place to work with very friendly staff

What can i say Manchester Court transfer my case here but after few hearings i have no hope Legal advisors rule this court, local solictors firms offices are located next to court and trust me there is something fishy going on between legal advisors and these firms because most of the paper work for Court is done by these firms not by Stockport court, and there is no chance your paper work will reach to judges legal advisors will decide your fate, Corruption is on high

Utterly ridiculous trying to call them. Two weeks and still the same automated ''call later message. Court matters are normally pretty important. 30 day SLA for email turnariund! If I ran my business like that I'd be bankrupt in no time."

I’ve given this low score based on the lack of public parking. I dropped a passenger off and needed to park up to wait for their return booking. I drove round Stockport for 30minutes looking for a car park. The price of parking that I found is shameful.

Corrupt court, lied, ignored evidence, took a lot of major risks with children's well being. I could go on but basically the review below mine is from an employee/volunteer. Not only does that show the courts attitude on breaking rules as clearly you are not supposed to review your workplace as is googles rules. But there's not many people who give this place a good mark apart from those profiting from the corrupt system like barristers. Mr Hynes lied in court repeatedly and I will now have to hold him to account personally just as District Judge Taskeen broke several rules, lied and ignored evidence. Aswell as droning on for nearly an hour about pointless stuff. Since nobody is holding the family courts to account I will again have to hold these rule breakers to account personally. This is the government's job not mine. Force you to complain before they do anything then Paul Harte takes over sn covers for anybody you are complaining about. He is still dragging out responses and trying to lump seperate complaints together or claim your complaints are about decisions when there not. Very strange that he would cover for those who get paid loads when he is just a delivery manager.

Legal advisors are Corrupt, lied, and are real Boss your case will not be able to reach Judge and these legal advisor will decide everything whole system is messed up and they have link with local solicitor firms don't expect you will get any justice here
