All went well as far as moving can go, team was experienced. Planning was fine, except I was never told 2 trucks were involved and that could have been better planned. More protection to upholstery could also have done well.

DO NOT USE CROWN!!!We had an awful experience with Crown Relocations paying over £20k for house move services which resulted in £30k+ worth of damage to belongings and property!Of the 5 main issues we had the worst is that Crown insisted that crates were fabricated for transfer of high value belongings back to their warehouse, only for them to fail to label and then flip the crates upside down, crushing the contents inside.Crown Relocations have refused to accept liability, even though we used Crown Care insurance, with them trying to settle the claim at a laughable level of compensation. Frankly, Crown’s involvement in our entire move was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication has been terrible. The three main Crown employees who were in charge in our move (including the move manager) are no longer with Crown so there has been no consistency.

Amazed by the service and proactive follow up from Crown team throughout the process, making my relocation a really good experience. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Crown previously in the past, however this is probably the worst experience I've had so far. Absolutely awful. Still I have no response. My goods were packed in August and still no update. No one has responded to my emails or calls. They are quick to give you a quote and take your money. I come from a reputable company, however, I advise everyone not use Crown. Feel free to reach out me if you're in doubt. I have all the emails to prove this.

The communications with Crown were excellent updated on the shipment every other day even helped with me attaining the Tor.The delivery arrived on time and the guy’s were professional with a great attitude, completed the unloading with no issues plus asked me what I would like to get at first and they packed as o requested.Great job thanks for taking all the stress out of this.Would recommend you to anybody I know who needs a professional moving company

If it's busy the yard can be a bit of a nightmare to navigate but the yard staff are helpful and friendly.The several times I've been tipped there have been straightforward and drama free.

Awful removals company. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Considering they like to reply at 1:38am I'll update this post. My dad was moved by Crown and various items throughout the move went missing. We filled complaints but was told we had misplaced our items as they weren't listed on an inventory (not sure why the contents inside a jewellery box would need to be inventoried considering the box was securely closed. Topping this off, the office that dealt with the complaint was based in Prague, had 0 understanding of the moving process and even less local knowledge. I was passed back and forth between 3 workers who hung the phone up when I requested to speak with management. Like I said, I would not recommend these thieves even if they had good customer service, which they dont.

From collection in NZ to delivery in UK the process was smooth, well informed and above all else, easy. Customs clearance was arranged and dealt with smoothly too. I can easily recommend Crown the best shipping company we have used over the years.

I had to do my move with Crown due to a contract from my workplace.Despite agreeing to the service and price in late January, communication delays caused the packing to be done in March, from when things seemed to go smoothly, until the delivery, when me and my wife noticed that some of our belongings were damaged during transportation. This was promptly informed to the delivery crew, with notes and pictures taken. Following that, Crown refused to assume any responsibility unless I was insured, in disagreement with their own ToS, which defines the responsibilities and basic liability in case of damages, independently of insurance.I suggest avoiding this company if possible.
