I really like the gym. The pool is a bit crowded and I would like more aqua gym classes

Great gym with excellent facilities.Courtney is the best PT I've ever had! She pushes you to do more and try harder to reach your goals. Her fitness programmes keep you on track in-between PT sessions.

The gym has very unpleasent staff, i paid for a membership and i am suppost to have a free parking space but these greedy people have sent me ticket for parking. they dont give any clear instruction for the parking or to put registeration in the tablet. Really unrecommended gym. you pay but in the swimming pool if your not swimming you will get told to get out, doesnt make since.

This review is based mainly on my efforts to join this gym.I had questions that I could not find answers for on their website. So I emailed through the website, as no telephone number is provided. I got no response.So one evening I drove to the gym. The front desk was unmanned so after waiting a while I helped myself to a pen and paper. I wrote a note asking that they call me as I wanted to join but had questions. They never called.On the plus side the members coming and going looked happy.But I joined a different gym. They were very welcoming.

Nice staff but Clunky to get a day pass online but decent place loves the sauna and steam room shame the weight room in the gym is small but if going for other bits and ease of access a good gym

A fairly decent gym and at a good price. Totally recommended. The pool could do with being brighter (it is warmer now than it used to be). It does a good range of classes and there is bound to be something for you either in the evening or during the day. The classes include excellent Pilates (by Jane), Zumba (By Claudia and Clare who are both superb instructors) as well as Aqua (Lily) and also classes such as Box and Burn (By Elliot) and strength workshops (Courtney). It is always a great fun atmosphere at the classes and you really get a decent work out. It does have a good sauna / steam room. The front staff (Dee, Sue, Ross, Simon, Rob, Lauren, etc) are always welcoming. Everyone there are friendly and chatty, it really is a wonderful place to go for my exercise.There is now also a lovely cafe at the front of the building for a cup of coffee, etc and a good natter. The cakes are especially tasty and worth checking out. Afterwards you will need an additional 30 minutes in the gym !At the back of the gym, there is also an excellent hairdressers / pedicure / manicure / etc Irma's - worth checking out and getting an appointment !

Avoid this gym like the plague. I went to have a look at their facilities with intentions of joining. I literally parked there 25 minutes and received a £60 parking fine. There was no one in reception I waited almost 10 minutes and eventually decided to just go through and have a look. When I received the fine I was told via email ( you cannot speak to anyone on the phone as well as see no one at reception, does any humans work there!) that send the fine to them and it will be sorted. Then I received a later email which said we cannot do anything about it and whoever sent the original email made a mistake and shouldn’t have said they could do something about it. I know if they had wanted to they could have cancelled the fine they just don’t care, in this financial climate when people are struggling to put food on their table this gym is ripping people off big time. Call themselves “Welcome Gym” I think they need to reconsider their name! If you don’t want to be ripped off stay away from this gym!

I parked for 12mins in Leafy Lane at the dead end near the barrier to take my grand daughter to a new school. I parked on the rhs of the road not in the bay parking opposite.Now the low life have sent me a £60 parking ticket. There are signs on the edge of the building about parking being for members but as far as I was concerned I parked quite legally of the public highway.This is a totally underhand way of making money. It seems that Leafy Lane from Just past Brunswick House school is not public highway and if you venture past that point their cctv will pick you up and send a fine.There should be clear signage, but that would mean they would get less money in finesThis place does not warrant any stars at all
