Food is horrible I got two soggy festivals and a wet chicken patty also the fruit punch taste like carrot juice and the customer service from the black woman at the counter is typical and dread! Would not recommend

Ordered large brown stew fish with rice & peas today. The fish was freezing cold as if it came out the fridge and hardly any rice in the container. The food looked and smelt so disgusting. My mum got the curry goat and it was... ew. You're better off going to an alternative Caribbean shop in the area. Avoid!! I should have listened to the other negative reviews before wasting my money here.

Whilst I understand that a lot of business now cater for home delivery, I can not understand that Delly's West Norwood had only one person behind the food counter. Uber eat and other deliver riders were taking priority over waiting customers. Their is a lot of room for improvement and I hope Delly's do employ extra staff because the food is really good.

I was looking forward to some curry goat and then this but it wasnt finished both my pasta hair in it again.The staff didn't even apologize went to go and replace got a free dumpling I gave it all to the dog.They even had hair nets on.I lost my appetite for the whole night,it's not worth order food no more,it's safer to cook you own food trust me I've been in hospitality industry for 6years.

All customers should get what they pay for and not what you feel you should serve the individual, its a service , not personalcustomer service could do with improvement also.disappointted with my order.

Dellys West Norwood: After a swimming trip with a group of children, I went there and the gentleman was polite. However, when I asked the rude woman about the 2 sides mentioned on the menu, she responded in a condescending manner, saying it wasn't compulsory. The food smelled foul and didn't resemble jerk chicken. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
