I can honestly say that Natalie has helped change my life for the better. My mental health reach a certain point where I was unable to function in normal everyday situations, which is what led me to Natalie. Natalie has given me my freedom back through hypnosis and NLP and helped me enjoy my life again and not be controlled by my mental health. The service I have received is beyond amazing and I couldn't fault her for anything. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and I am so grateful.

I recently visited Natalie for a hypnotherapy session regarding issues that I was experiencing regarding public speaking and social anxiety. After 1 session with Natalie the next time that I had to speak publicly was a much better experience for me as the change work from Natalie’s professional experience was amazing.

Natalie provided a wonderful QHHT session last week. The room was super comfortable, and chatting to Natalie was lovely as she was so approachable and made me feel at ease throughout the session. It is really nice to be able to fully trust someone who you know will give their all to helping you. You will feel that from Natalie.It is really nice to be in the hands of someone who has the care, capability and experience to really help. Natalie provides an amazing selection of coaching and therapeutic services.I have benefited greatly the last few years from her mentorship and NLP.Whether it be for personal growth or professional development, Natalie provides incredible and simple skills that help achieve what may seem unachievable.In short....phenomenal.

I had Qhht with Natalie last year, I was deeply disappointed with the service. I felt scammed to be totally honest and I sent her some feedback about my experience and was ignored. Possibly for other services she is good but for this particular one over £300 later to have a lay down and a non relaxing experience literally nothing happened and I was unable to get anything from it apart from loss of funds. I feel like using the training with Dolores cannon was great marketing as that's the only reason I used her but sadly I did not go under any hypnosis at all. The house was lovely she seemed welcoming.

I went to see Natalie not really knowing enough about what to expect when having my QHHT session with her.On meeting Natalie, I found her to be warm, light-hearted and dedicated in her profession. I found her to be completely thorough throughout the 4 hours I spent with her. I came with questions which she easily addressed fully and during the ‘pre-talk’ time given for questions and answers, she took the time to properly explain all that was needed. So, feeling trust in her, I cleared my mind and accepted being guided by her into my QHHT session. The QHHT session that I was lucky enough to have Natalie facilitate for me in 2018 TOTALLY CHANGED MY LIFE!I used to struggle with various physical and emotional issues, including severe phobia. No one has ever been able to get to the root of my issues except Natalie.After my QHHT session with I was a different person, completely.Natalie provided the perfect space for me to feel heard, seen and safe and I trusted her implicitly.She is kind, gentle and really understanding of her clients needs.Since my “mind blowing” QHHT session with Natalie, I have chosen to train in the technique and now work as a fully self employed QHHT Practitioner myself.In my opinion this work is of the utmost importance and I really do believe in Natalie’s ability as a Level 3 Practitioner.I would recommend Natalie to anyone who lives in the Bournemouth area, or further afield (I travelled over 100 miles to see her!) and it was so worth it.
