Used Pat Plus for the testing of both our factory and office sites.Engineers arranged for both early starts and weekend testing to meet our operational hours. It's a large facility but the engineers worked through the sites systematically. Reporting was detailed and photographic evidence supplied on failed items as requested at no extra charge. Reports were supplied within 24 hours.

Tested our band equipment, arrived on time, very thorough, reasonable price, would recommend.

Booked an engineer through this company to test pat all appliances at our site, the engineer turned up and had to wait 5 minutes in reception whilst the manager finished off a call. After 5 minutes the engineer decided to inform my receptionist that is not waiting any longer and left. I then received an email from the company it appears you have a lack of common courtesy failing to liase with the engineer on his arrival
