Family have now bought 3 homes, sold 1 and rented a further all through Matthew and cannot recommend matthew and Independent Homes highly enough. Matthew goes above and beyond and is either always available or always returns calls. Matthew is always happy to take the time and chat things through and we would not use anyone else.

In December 2021 we sent an email out to three local estate agents, all three were asked the same specific question regarding moving. All three responded, one said the query had been passed to a member of staff, one suggested we add our names to their register but Agnes from Independent Homes Larne gave us practical advice via email and also invited us in for a chat. We arranged a meeting during which Agnes demonstrated that she understood the situation and provided us with practical options. Following the meeting the house was put on the market and sold successfully and a new dwelling was purchased.
