Where to even start with this mug!!! Booked it no problems and happy to take the deposit without issue. two days prior to date the bouncy castle was due to turn up he cancelled. Gave me some flimsy limp wristed excuse about his mums, brothers, uncles dog having rabies! Ok fine whatever it happens. Promised to return my deposit and that's where the real problems have started. Cant get hold of him, doesn't return calls, emails or txts. Blokes a waste of air, and full of BS. Wont meet me face to face as he's too scared. What a lemon. I will get my money back Dan trust me ;-) see ya soon mug.

What a rubbish company. I had been warned but was desperate for a bouncy castle for a village fete. As per many reviews below he cancelled for spurious reasons just before the due date and I am still waiting for my deposit back. This is, in short, theft and of course there is no return of email, phone call etc. Think the fraud office would be interested …

Do not book with this company! Man is a con artist and fraudster! Takes bookings with no intention of fulfilling them! Let me and numerous others down! He has been doing this for years and is being investigated by trading standards

Can not recommend Cornard bouncy castles enough. Excellent service. Made drop off & collecting super easy working around my work hours. My children absolutely loved the bouncy castle. Such a lovely treat for them. Especially in these times where we are limited on activity’s to do with the children. We will definitely be hiring again in the summer. Thank you!

Just cancelled on my daughter.. for grandsons birthday tomorrow. apparently got covid, but he messaged a girl on the 8th january with the same message saying they had covid ( wow thats a long time to have covid)and they still havent returned her money!!... use at your own risk...Update: have just been informed that this company (Danny fisher) are based in colchester and sold the business last year, they just take your money!!

DO NOT use this company, they let me down at the last minute, said their system hadn’t past the information to the spreadsheet but actually they had no intention of delivery the bouncy castle on the Friday evening. Saturday morning I get a call from another company who we’re picking up the orders this company weren’t fulfilling as they had sold a lot of their stock earlier in the year but took my money in May. Still waiting for a refund in July for not receding the castle on time. Only gave a star to leave a review, would give zero stars if I could!

Cancelled gone 4pm the 2 days before my sons 1st birthday party for apparent family issues which gave me 1 working day to sort out another bouncy castle even though I had booked months in advance. I have been chasing my refund for 12 days and am struggling to get any type of response. Looking at the other reviews I don’t have much hope even though I was told it would be looked into yesterday. They aren’t answering the phone and I’m lucky to get a text response. Incredibly unreliable and difficult to contact. I would highly recommend people look elsewhere if you want a reliable bouncy castle provider. I have been patient but it is mow wearing thin. It doesn’t seem like I’m the first to have this issue either.
