Would not fit a brand new part which I had brought because apparently it’s a aftermarket part even though it’s the exact same as replacement (just brand new)Was happy to sell me an Actual after market part which was in the shop .All I got from the shop work /mechanic it’s the boss that makes the rules.ALL I WANTED TO DO IS SHOP LOCAL. I will never use them purely out of principle.

I visited the Cycle Shop yesterday to buy accessories for my bike. The gentleman was extremely helpful explaining all of the available options, the prices, and the differences. He really listened to my needs and helped me make a good decision. He even fitted my lights for me for free and explained how they work and detach. I’m delighted with the quality, the prices were extremely good even cheaper than Amazon, I got the product immediately and free fitting. I cannot recommend them enough.

This place is awesome, Nick is such a friendly, helpful and knowledgable guy, from the moment I went in the shop the service was second to none! I was made to feel welcome and Nick provided expert advice on the style of bike that I was considering. Nick kept me informed every step of the way from ordering my bike to collecting it. I cannot recommend this shop enough! Brilliant service, excellent customer care and competitive prices. 5*

My brother ordered a bike as an anniversary gift for his Partner but she didn’t like the bike he chose. The Cycle Shop were happy for them to return the bike and had built another one which she loved. They would like to thank the Cycle Shop for being so kind and understanding and demonstrating first rate customer service. They highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great friendly service.
