I have used Kurtis expertise before and needed his help again. I had a faulty plug socket and I messaged him, he responded quickly, arranged to come over and he was there.He replaced a faulty plug socket with a new one and I am very happy and impressed with his service and how professional he is.Job well done and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

Curtis was very helpful and professional, did all the jobs required and some I didn't know needed doing.Curtis came back after the plasterers had been to refit lights, also a few other jobs i asked him to do whilst he was there. Highly recommended.

Kurtis did a fantastic job sorting out are electrics. He was very professional and quick to respond and was very professional and sorted out our faulty light, installed a light in our loft, which is so helpful. Kurtis also installed a floodlight for us, which is really helpful as when we come back in the dark, we no longer have trouble finding our door keys! Kurtis was also able to instal an extractor fan in our bathroom and recommended an excellent product, which has sorted out the build up of condensation on the ceiling. Kurtis's after care is also exceptional, on the end of the phone if we need any further help with the work he has done.I would recommend Kurtis to everyone.

We used to KR Electrical on a recommendation from a neighbour to install pendant lighting over island, install a new socket and install several lights.From the first interaction I was impressed. By asking for full details up front, Kurtis provided an estimate of costs (which was very reasonable and accurate) within 15 minutes (at the weekend too!). Once I accepted it, the process to book in was easy - I picked a date, paid a deposit and that was it. Kurtis offered a further telephone call to talk through the job in more detail; we discussed the best options and he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.Kurtis turned up on the day, did a great job, was very pleasant to deal with and worked very hard to make a light fitting fit in a very tight space. I think most people would have given up, but Kurtis took the time to find a solution.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KR Electrical to others. Kurtis was a pleasure to have in the house and did a brilliant job.
