Lovely staff however had to wait a long time for just 3 orders which all came out at different times. As everyone knows very pricey for what it is. Waffles were OK but went very cold and hard quickly. Crepe was nice.

I am shocked at the service I received yesterday evening. The two girls serving were so incredibly rude, I have never experienced service like this here before and will definitely not be returning now. Would rather travel out the find a Heavenlys. You are going to lose a lot of customers if you don’t sort this!! The younger girl who served us was helpful at first but when we asked a few questions to help us decide what to order she rolled her eyes and became clearly bored of us, laughing with the other girl and ignoring us. By the time my daughter had made up her mind, the girl who was serving us was too busy flirting and chatting with their delivery driver. We still decided to order and it took around 15minutes for two milkshakes and an ice cream waffle cone. The other girl in black bought it over to us and was extremely rude when we told her how long we waited asking what we wanted her to do about it and that they were busy. There was only one other family waiting alongside us. Maybe if you spent less time gossiping and giggling to your driver, we wouldn't have had to wait so long. Whilst we have waited here before for our order, we have never been spoken to like this before and it has completely put us off. The prices are not worth it anymore.

An unforgettable dessert experience at Little Dessert Shop! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the manager, Fatima. Her recommendations were spot on, and the desserts were absolutely heavenly. The presentation was impeccable, and each bite was a burst of flavor. We couldn't have asked for a better evening, thanks to Fatima and her team. We'll definitely be back for more delightful treats!

Disappointed is an understatement, ordered 2 lattes and red velvet cake to be served two red velvet cakes and no coffee as machine broken, but on collection told sorry coffee machine broken so we haven't charged you.If they had said at the start wouldn't have spent nearly 12 pounds for two tasteless cakes.
