Completely unprofessional. If you arrange a time to go and see a prospective client then you stick to it. If you can’t, then tell them in good time. You wasted my time this afternoon Mark and as a consequence you won’t be getting my money. Amateur hour. Probably dodged the bullet on his one.

I would not recommend their product at all. After purchasing a conservatory 5 years ago every unit has failed and required replacing, bits have broken off and their after sales customer service is awful. You can rarely get through on the phone and have to constantly chase to get anything done with the staff thinking the situation is funny. If the product wasn't under guarantee I would have nothing more to do with them

Couldn't fault my experience. 3 panes of float glass cut to size as a walk in customer..... In and out within 10mins & great price.

Fantastic service, really pleased with our newly installed windows. From quote to install was smooth and brilliant process. I found express windows really helpful and reliable. Would happily recommend and use again! :)

Had all windows changed in new house. Came out, very friendly gave good practical advice. Price very competative. Staff tured out and fitted windows and did great job. I have used again for new part of house. 5 Star.

Great service, quick to come out and give quite, very reasonable price, accepted immediately.New back door, basic design but certainly not basic in quality.Fitters were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job.Thank you Express, very highly recommend.

The three guys that turned up to repair a soffit were rude, surly and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.Despite being told to ring the neighbours doorbell for access they just tapped on it. So they weren't heard so tapped on my door. Looked at me like dirt on their shoe all cocky. 'noines there....' How three men can't figure nd a doorbell is beyond me. They probably haven't yet found the clitoris!!!!So I felt pressured to go ring myself while being stared at and told they weren't answering and yet, I rang the bell and lo and behold.....neighbours....I'm disabled and can't walk far. I'm also autistic and find certain behaviours challenging. Both me and my neighbours felt very uncomfortable.I can't check the repair has been carried out adequately because of where it is.When I raised my concerns with the manager he was dismissive.I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Had 4 doors fitted by these about 5 years ago, had them back out to adjust one.Phone call made and the fitter done it in the way home from work..Well chuffed with their doors..Also supplied me with new locks and keys for a rental property, sales guy came out and measured, showed me how to do it and dropped locks and keys off next day..A fiddle to fit after being shown..

Express Windows installed our windows and doors 9 years ago. They very kindly visited again recently to make an adjustment on one of our three doors and one of our windows. With customer service like that, there's no need to go elsewhere, I completely trust them and that's rare.

Absolutely appallingUpdate *The glass has now been replaced and the windows sealed. Express windows have asked me to remove the negative review. I won't remove but I will amend.....I am sure express have lots of satisfied customers, unfortunately I was not one of them. Having to leave an angry review to stir a response following poor fitting of substandard windows was beyond disappointing. The photos of the doors and windows fitted, speak for themselves.
