Venchi Chocolate & Gelato Piccadilly

Heard a lot about Venchi’s. This outlet looks gorgeous and is conveniently located in posh Mayfair. The staff are very friendly.Tried 4 flavours. The quality was good. Worth trying.

Wonderful place... staffs are helpful and friendly. Gelato is delicious but don't get that chocolate on top...it doesn't taste nice as the pot remains open and the chocolate doesn't taste as it should.

Great service. Had assistance finding the chocolates I was looking for - even given a few samples.I went to queue to buy an ice cream before leaving but was told I got priority having purchased chocolates. Sat in a nice little seating area to eat my ice cream and OMG it tasted amazing!

The shop is Beuatiful.Sadly , the chocolate is not. Being a Michelin restaurant advocate I tried the Industry standard test of a Companys plain Milk Chocolate bar and drink.The Chocolate itself seemed very light, like no 'heft' or weight to the bar or snap.Then the taste: washed out and Milky.I was very surprised, trying to find notes but the chocolate was too bland and flat for that. Totally lacked intensity.That's a drawback I cannot excuse, you *have to be delivering Rich, bean to bar Gourmet cocoa at this Price point.Its far away from even mainstream Hotel Chocolate offerings. And laughable, nothing next to leading Companies like Valrhona or Neuhaus.And is it cheap? Heh, this is more expen$ive than even Rococo's bars, at £6!!The Hot chocolate was a litte better than the Bar , but this time it was far too strong, with no balance to the bitter. The top with sweet cream was the only good part.Beauty , but certainly no Beast. A shame.3/10.

I tried the pistachio and chocolate, it was absolutely tasty ! The combination of creamy pistachio and rich chocolate flavors was a match made in dessert heaven. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're a fan of sweet treats. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!.

Visited this charming ice-cream and candy shop with vibrant colours and tasteful decor back in Aug 2022, and have owed them a good 5 star review, sure it's better late than never. Top quality ice cream served at this place and friendly staff ... a must stop whenever you are in the Piccadilly area.

Incredible ice cream and even better chocolates. Venchi knows how to do it - they had a variety of extremely dark flavors and lots of fruits and lighter options. Daniel helped us sample our way around the store and could not have been kinder. Thank you for your amazing service. We hope to see you soon!

I recently visited this chocolate shop and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff Lisa!The variety of chocolates available was astounding, each piece a work of art. The quality and flavors were simply out of this world. Whether you're a fan of dark, milk, or white chocolate, they had something to satisfy every palate.What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Lisa. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me in making the perfect selection.I left the shop with a box of delectable chocolates and a smile on my face. This is definitely a place I will be returning to and recommending to all my friends and family.If you're a chocolate lover, this shop is a must-visit. You won't be disappointed!

Their Gelato ice cream is best and they have small portion available. The shop inside is fancy and glamorous.Please don’t add chocolate coins on top of gelato. It taste like plastic.
