This place used to be very reliable. No idea why the decision was made not to sell to the general public any more. Was told by a guy on site that they supply to all the Morrison's petrol stations. Tried 2 and both were predictably out of stock. Why is it so difficult to buy a bottle of gas for my caravan?? I'd change to Flo-gas if I wasn't stuck with the calor bottles...good place on South Street for this.

I have a number of empty Calor butane bottles I would like collected. Perhaps if this process wasn't so difficult there would be no shortage of bottles. Trying to obtain filled bottles from retailers is just as difficult. And to top it all off getting the expensive deposits back is impossible if you do not have the initial paperwork". This will be why there's a shortage of bottles as there's no incentive for long term EXISTING CUSTOMERS whose "paperwork" is long gone. Pretty disappointed."

Be aware - doesn't deal to the public direct. The sign on the door said you could buy gas at a unit round the corner but couldn't find anyone willing to sell me any round the corner. Waste of a trip.

Be really useful if you’d tell people the counter is closed to the public. Iv got an account and needed gas in a hurry, only option is a delivery in a weeks time or pay a higher price in cash to get it from a reseller round the corner. Not impressed.

POOR POOR SERVICE ... first time customer ordered on tues for fri ... rang fri morning to double check delivery to find out they came out thurs and said no answer ... i was in ... and would get driver to deliver to me on fri ... waited in all day to ring back and end of day to find out driver didnt have a spare bottle now finished for day and wont be out today

I can always rely on these guy's for getting a Calor Gas Bottle for my home. The guy's actually fit it in for me too at no extra cost.
