I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Drainage consultants. We have been experiencing problems with our drains for a few weeks, we had a plumber rlook at it but he couldn’t help us. I called drainage consultants and spoke to Richard who was very helpful. He sent a team out to us who arrived within 2 hours. The team were extremely polite and knowledgeable, took their time to explain the issue, resolved it and cleaned up any mess created. Would highly recommend

I'm late with this review, but I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company. We had them round in August, the diagnosis of the problem was clear, everything was explained and they kept us informed about when they would be available to carry out the work and what the work would entail. Jamie who did the work was fantastic. Super polite and worked really hard, very neat job and he cleared everything away - we were very impressed with his work ethic. He's a credit to your company.

When they used a camera to check that the drain was clear, it blew my mind with that sort of technology. The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They attempted to repair 3 of my gullies, came back 4 more times to repair the works they bodged and it's nearly been a year and they still haven't completed the works.It's a shame I cant upload pictures.Find someone else to do any work you need doing, let the cowboys go under.Edit to add: it's been over 2 years and they never completed the works.

I had a problem with my drains and spoke to Richard at Drainage Consultants, I thought it was a minor problem that was just a clear out but it turned out a lot bigger meaning my main soil pipe had to be moved. This was no trouble for them and they came out straight away, a very professional and prompt service and nothing was too much trouble. They even worked through the bad weather/snow. Very polite and hard working staff. I can’t recommend them enough. Very impressed. 10 out of 10!

I had a complicated sewage problem and was passed from Welsh Water to CCW back to Welsh Water onto MorissonWS then to local authority Highways Dept. No one wanted to deal with the problem. Had the most sensible conversation with Drainage Consultants. Well worth the investment in time. These guys really know their stuff. Highly recommend.

I sent an enquiry form on their website today and received a phone call within an hour. Richard who rang me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining my options and the process involved very well. I was really impressed with the time he took to help with our problem. I would definitely recommend them for drainage work. They did replace a drain of ours a couple of years ago and I was impressed with their work and customer service then too.

When they arrived they took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess the issues with my toilet and drains. They then provided me with a clear and detailed plan of action, outlining the steps they would take to address the problem. This was great to hear as I had earlier called another drainage company who were only interested in the price they wanted for the job, rather than how to rectify my situation.Throughout the short time they were here, the guys kept me informed and updated on their progress. They were incredibly efficient and completed the work in a timely manner, always ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard.Most importantly, the work that they did was effective and has completely resolved the drainage issues on my property. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of drainage services.They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Great service, I was able to get a site visit on the same day I enquired about replacing old pipe from our water mains. They also manged to bring the date of works forward to fit in with renovations. Jake who completed the works was very helpful and completed the job in good time. Highly recommend this company
