Just been and had a natural face lift massage with Louise . What can I say , I have never been so relaxed . The atmosphere was amazing cant wait to go back . Well worth a visit .

Update: since putting this review up i noticed the manager has got freinds to put reviews up to counteract this one so they look good. Not the greatest move!Don't go there they are rude and incopetant and can't do the job they are paid to do!!!Review:Awful! First time I went in I ended up with different length nails, dirty nails, when fileing it actually hurt as she was rubbing my skin although I flinched she took no notice, when I complained they wanted to do it again so i gave them a chance to put it right...but no just as bad second time round. Didn't even attempt to clean them so came out with dirty nails!Was told the service includes rubbing dry areas on feet never done, leg massage never done.Photos speak for themselves...I wouldn't have left feedback if they just refunded me but they obviously think more of the money than their reputation.Feeling very disappointed and worst thing is it was 2 different girls...very bad service.First 2 pics first time in second 2 second time in.And I had to stuff a piece of cotton wool under my big toe nail to stop it from ingrowing.Owner rude, couldn't wait to get me off phone when making an enquirers.

I would 100% recommend Olive and Gracie! The entire team are so professional, friendly and will do their best to accommodate your needs. The salon is so welcoming and the ambiance of the treatment rooms instantly makes me relax.I regularly see Nicole for a fabulous hour and a half of chat about life and nails. She has an amazing way of understanding what a client would like. Her skill at being able to pull different colours together that look fantastic is a real art. Talking of art, her free hand nail art is just stunning.I also have been to see Louise several times for the most relaxing massage. She instantly puts you at ease and knows exactly what the body needs and the mind! I would also recommend that you book the Rejuvenating Rest for the end of your session. Those are extra 15 minutes of calm relaxation in that space is worth every penny. I have come away each time floating on a cloud.I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Very poor service . Non professional behaviour. They cancelled my appointment without any reason at the last moment and even charged from me in advance and didn't return my money too

It’s the perfect place to relax. Their treatments are wonderful and the team are clearly dedicated to giving the best to their clients. Having read a more recent review I have to say I’m completely shocked. I’ve been attending this salon for four years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Cleanliness and client care is at the very top of their agenda and I would recommend them to anyone. They always ask if you’re happy with the treatment so I can only assume that the unhappy client didn’t raise any concerns at the time.

I'd had a bad back and leg for months. Spoke with Lou and she carried out a massage on my leg, bum and back. To find multiple knots, as well as a lot of trapped tension in my muscle.For the first time in months my back and legs don't hurt.I'll definitely be booking for further massage and treatments.
