Appalling, advised the multi stove had burnt out so needed replaced & 800 quid chimney liner needed...after several other opinions the stove is fine & the chimney is already lined (house less than 10 years old) have spoken to several other former customers since, nobody has anything good to say about this conman, numerous claims of expensive work required when completely unnecessary.

Not good, got chimney cleaned and cowl put on August 2018 told to go for more expensive cowl to be safe re storms, first storm of Season in September found cowl in garden, rang Roy said he would be with me in two days to put cowl back on- never appeared Rang him again two weeks later said don't worry I'm on his job list will be with me within a week- never appeared Sent him an email- didn't reply. Going to rent a roof ladder to put the chimney cowl back on myself- Could not recommend this person. Cormac, Garrison Co Fermanagh

First class service. Rang Roy one day about birds nesting in chimney. Came home next day and it was sorted and a new chimney cowl installed.Highly recommended.
