A top company. Value for money and quality products that come well packaged. With free Royal Mail 48 hour tracking for larger orders. My order 577563 was again delivered on time, just like my others over the last few years that I have been using this company. They send things out on time. Any delay would be an issue with Royal Mail. Highly recommended.

Places order 8 days ago. My order was marked as dispatched but has not been delivered and there has been no update to the tracking. The company have advised now i have to wait for Royal Mail to investigate which time frame is unknown. It is clear there is an issue with my order and once it’s eventually resent it will likely not be here before the new year at the earliest. Not great for meditation that is needed. Order number 688876.

Very thorough consultation online. My order was processed quickly. I received a follow up call next morning with some advice about the medication. The order arrived very quickly. Great service. Will definitely use again.

There was a problem with delivery. I never received my items despite Royal Mail stating it was delivered to my concierge. Oxford online Pharmacy were fantastic. They issued a replacement the following day. I highly recommend and will be using them on a regular basis from now on.

Placed an order last week, completed the consultation and the wrong cream was sent to me, £25 wasted and they don’t seem to care that it’s the 2nd time it’s happened. Refused to send another order out to me having to now buy again elsewhere. These guys are scammers please be aware

Placed my first order over the weekend and by the Monday it was dispatched. I received notification and a Royal Mail tracker.Order was well package and with plenty of information contained within. Very happy.

I'm amazed that this company is rated 4.4 stars. All the 1 star reviews are spot on. This company has a horrible business practice of taking your money BEFORE the GP has even confirmed you can have it. And judging from the reviews, it seems they're gonna make me wait multiple business days to get my full refund.The reason I'm most annoyed is I paid £10.99 for next day delivery which I did not receive, meaning this company falsely advertises.
