Had 3 tattoos done through Chelsea one of them being a cover up and I cannot recommend her enough. She is amazing and can't wait to go back to her for more next year. She can do any design you explain to her you want and they are personal to you and won't be used on anyone else which I love. So reasonably priced as well. Keep up the good word Chels ❤❤

Just had my second tattoo done by artist Chelsea, and I couldn't be more happy with her service and work! She is incredibly friendly and informative, really puts you at ease, and her pieces are such good value for money. I can't wait for my future tattoos with her!

Not a very clean salon. Dark and dated. The acrylic dip technique she used was rubbish. Very thin. Uneven and ripples in the finish. Came off in 3 days. £38 ill never get back.

I can't recommend Shanti to get your lashes done enough. Having never had eyelash extensions, I wanted a natural but noticeable look and Chloe was so friendly and calm and listened to exactly what I wanted. She took her time, making sure it looked perfectly and that not a single lash was out of place, and still did it for an amazing price. Thanks so much for making my experience so great, and making me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I'll be definitely be returning, I love the lashes :)

Went in for a full and leg and playboy wax as i am going on holiday next week, i have waxed myself previously but wanted the longevity so decided to book what i though was a proefessional wax. I recieved quite the opposite, not only was strip wax used despite having an intimate area waxed where hard wax yields better results but i noticed after the appointment that multiple spots on both my legs and intmate areas had been missed with strips still left hairy. Furthermore any other areas i noticed the hair had been snapped opposed to actually removed at the follicle so i was left prickly and incredibly rashy. i dont really understand what i payed for considering i payed £38 and wanted to be hairless for my holiday, i have since had to shave just 2 days after my wax as the snapped hairs have begun to grow back through. Incredibly angry and frustrated as i have wasted my money on a service that i could have recieved better results from shaving. So not only is the hair not long enough now to get it waxed elsewhere but ive essentially payed £38 for someone to shave me and not wax. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had been let down by my usual lash artist and was going away a couple of days later. I booked a last minute appointment. Linh was incredible. I showed her images of what I normally have and she absolutely surpassed them. My lashes look and feel amazing. I had a hybrid set. Linh let me fall asleep and didn't bother me after a hard day at work! (Sorry!)I have rebooked for my infill in a couple of weeks time.Thank you for fitting me in and for doing such a great job.Would definitely not hesitate to recommend.

So shocked with my experience today it was so unhygienic.I booked to get my eyebrows waxed and gel toes done. I was taken into the room with the bed for waxing and there was a previous eyelash appointment stuff everywhere. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned let alone tidied in so long. The paper on the bed was dirty and used and had old eyelashes stuck to it. So disgusting. I just led there hoping it would be over quickly feeling so awkward. The wax wasn’t properly warmed for the first eye so it was uncomfortable and dragged the skin when applied too.Then when I has my toes done it was so uncomfortable. They didn’t have a proper pedicure chair so I was sat with my feet up on her lap and it was just really unprofessional. I chose white and the nail polish is all patchy .Never again will I come back.

Had my first proper tattoo done by Chelsea yesterday night. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and informs you with everything you could need to know. Amazing artist! Can't recommend enough and can't wait to make future appointments!

DO NOT RECCOMEND IF YOU GET FAYE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS: spend two hours doing hardly anything looked like I had three extra lashes for £30 and all lashes came off within an hour or so looked like nothing had been done and could not tell at all that anything has been done -with no touching or water all gone in 1 hour same day absolute waste of money if you get Faye or her company rejuvenate!!!!!!!! Don’t offer refund or anything like that- will definitely regret (only worth it if Lihn is available who is excellent not Faye)

Absolutely disgusting place.Not sanitized tools, equipment, etc.Shocking. Never seen any place to be so disorganized and dirty. Balls of dust rolling over floor in studio while window was open.Not trained staff and horrible attitude.Never again coming anywhere close this place.
