We had an air conditioning unit installed by Crisp Air. The team were professional throughout, cleaning up any mess they made and making sure we fully understood how to work the air conditioning unit before leaving. I have had one issue since (it was a problem in how I was using it, not a problem with the machine) and they came within 24 hours to help for which I was extremely grateful. The team are always polite, courteous and professional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would not hesitate to use Crisp Air again.

Crisp AC have a flawless track record and that’s because they are flawless. We had 2 units fitted and are delighted, but are more delighted with the level of professionalism, care, cleanliness, consideration, and clear desire to give us the best experience, workmanship, advice, and guidance in how use and care for the equipment. Hands down the best service we have ever received. Form initial inspection & quote we were impressed, nothing changed in the quote or work, but our expectations were exceeded. If you are looking for AC, just book them in, they are the best by far.

Crisp Air installed air conditioning in the master bedroom and downstairs of our house two years ago. What a superb job and with the recent hot summers, one of our best decisions! After a very reasonable quote, Dan, Ash and the team carried out the fitting with outstanding care and cleanliness. We were kept informed at every stage of the process, including the economical running costs which were just as quoted. A great job carried out by an experienced and very professional company. I don’t think we could be happier with our crisp air experience.They listened to our requests, came a did a site visit, then swiftly delivered two quotes for two different set ups.The whole process and getting to know them and how they work was very well done.Confident that we had the solution we wanted at the right price, we went ahead.There was no sales hassle.The install was incredibly well done and organised. They were great with our neighbours and happy to troubleshoot on the spot.The system is very impressive and it cools our bedroom perfectly.Everything they said they would do they did very well.I highly recommend them.
