Beautiful range of handcrafted products. I ordered a couple of pieces from their online store and they arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged. I look forward to hopefully visiting the shop one day soon, until then I would highly recommend using their web store.

A wonderfully curated lifestyle store, supporting independent designers and makers. The interior is gorgeous and the products make wonderful gifts (though you might end up keeping them yourself, nice as they are).

Cute little store tucked away in NQ / ancoats in a stunning building - the building alone is worth visiting. A nice selection of sustainable / handcrafted products ranging in price - something to suit all price points from handmade greeting cards to pottery and home goods. Although some larger products were a little pricey for me I bought a friend a greeting card and an eco friendly shopper / tote bag that came to £11. Im more than happy to pay that for ‘shop small’ items. I will 100% be returning for gifts in the future. Thank you

I recently purchased several items online from Form Lifestyle Store and I am in love with them all. What a fantastic range of products (which are all beautiful). I can’t wait to see what other pieces Form stocks in the future. Fantastic service too; everything was well packaged and delivery was quick. I would highly recommend this shop, and will definitely be purchasing from them again (I’d love to visit their store in person one day). This is why shopping small is the BEST. Beautiful products, beautiful store and fantastic service. Form, you are brilliant!

A beautiful shop space curated with loads of independent creators spanning from candles and wellbeing products to fine art and house fixturesIt's a little off the beaten path but 100% worth the few minutes extra walk to get there, easily my favourite shop in Manchester

The curation of items at this shop is so skillful; the ceramics, cards and candles are really beautiful. I've only shopped online but the customer service was excellent, they really care about what they do.
