I’m a pond novice having inherited my late Dad’s fish pond and the two lads working today were absolutely brilliant. Invaluable advice and they’re not there to sell you things that you don’t need … like more fish! I’ll go back here again and again saying as I have 7 little fish to look after because I know I’m going to be given help that I need not be sold something for the sake of sales figures. It’s reassuring. Thank you.

Spent a long time looking at various tanks & wasn't asked if I needed help at any point. I thought I'd sorted it & asked about fish to be told the ones I was looking at were too big for the tank I wanted. If they'd asked in the beginning what I was looking for it could've saved me a long time. Got so fed up I left & went to ponteland store the next day who were amazingly helpful.

I love the place, I have pond fish and tropical fish so go all the time. The staff are friendly and so helpful always ready to give advice if needed.

My regular LPS. I always buy my fish/shrimps from here as they always have a good range, suitable for all needs, ages and from beginers to experienced fish keepers alike.A great selection of aquatic products too like tanks, ornaments and substrate.Steven the junior manager and all hia staff are excellent and friendly & knowledgable.
