Bad mannered staff. A disgrace to go all that way to be told that there’s a waiting list, but don’t speak to me in that disgusting manner!. His name was Nick

Only just a week ago my mature Mentally and physically impaired son was taken to mencap Blackpool with his carer. He had not been for a very long time as we were told he was on a waiting list, by a very abrupt man called Nick who said we had to leave and they would be in touch. But his career had to speak to one of the helpers there so she thought it would be nice to take my son along as he no's quiet a lot of the members from when he was at school, and did not think there would be any harm just doing a flying visit. But No, a very Rude lady called Lisa in a loud voice so everyone could here Said my Son Was Barred and they had to leave straight away". His carer was taken aback

Brilliant place, very welcoming and great entertainment for both service users and support workers

Really friendly place to take anyone with learning difficulties or disabilities.My clients love it and the bar staff are so friendly, especially the older lady, lovely woman
