I had henna brows done for my birthday by sue, and they look amazing, she was so kind and couldn't imagine going to anyone other than sue now. Thanks again guysAlso had maria do a lash lift, was amazing and great customer service, I had an issue and she resolved it so happy

Booked online for 5.10pm for a 20mins treatment. When we arrived at 5.08pm they told us they were closing. So we were rushed in for a 5 mins rushed waxing job for my daughter which was her first time. She got very stressed out and we felt we were nearly thrown out as they wanted to close. Not a good experience for my daughter. If they close at 5pm they should not take any booking after 5pm. Otherwise take the responsibility of their mistake and give a proper customer service as not our fault. We won't go back there.

I had a lash lift and tint done by Mahan, and the results were gorgeous . The atmosphere was relaxing and she was accommodating and very friendly. 100% would recommend!

I had the lovely Seema do my services for me and she just made me feel so at ease, and checked that I was happy with my end result. The service was quick, friendly and I would definitely recommend to you to go here for your beauty treatments.

I had a gorgeous set of eyelashes done by Sue. She was so kind and accommodating. I wasn’t sure about which set to go for, but after a consultation with her we managed to pick the best one and it was exactly what I wanted. Absolutely amazing service! I cannot recommend enough. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. And Sue was very professional and sweet. I can’t wait to visit again!

I made a booking and I turned up 10 mins before. They sat me down for almost 30 mins before telling me that the person doing my wax wasn't coming at all today.Update: I was offered an apology and a gift voucher for the inconvenience as this incident was due to human error. Great customer service!

Was looking for a new place to get my lashes done and grateful I came across this shop. Sue was the most comforting and approachable lash tech. Would recommend going to her and having an idea of your lash style to have for reference. Great customer service and in a great area. I'll be back (:

I attended this lovely place for only the 2nd time this afternoon, I had acrylic nails with gel polish done by Maria who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, I was very tense and nervous for much of the time which was down to me not having had my nails done for over 2 years by Leah who has now left the business, but also people say it’s not normal for men to have acrylic nails or long ones in general but I love them so much and that’s all that matters. I’m definitely going to come back again for the same treatment and all being well I’ll have them a bit longer next time, Thank you so much Maria for all your help and patience in making my visit so pleasurable xx

I had a lash lift and tint done here. My appointment was moved to an earlier slot without contacting me, and then cancelled. I still showed to my appointment and was seen despite the cancellation, however it was made clear that this was inconvenient for the staff…Eyelash lift and tint was done without caring for the lower lashes, which are now frazzled from harsh formula. The lift was uneven with no lift on the inner lashes. Eyebrow tint was applied without care or precision and did not take. All of these issues I raised with the salon with photo evidence. No reply or refund …. I have had a great experience here previously with a lash lift and tint. Unprofessional salon, poor customer service with only one or two professionals who can actually provide the services to a high standard.
