Amazing course, overall just a good laugh. Skiing ability has drastically improved, the conditions were amazing and Montreal is a sick city to be located next to especially for our age group.

Our son had an amazing time as part of Ski le Gap 2023! Joining the group of like-minded ski-loving students to spend ten weeks on the Canadian slopes was such fun for him and a real highlight of his gap year. He was proud to get both is L1 and L2 instructor qualifications and was delighted to vastly improve his skiing with daily coaching. As parents, we found everything was smoothly organised and well communicated. We would definitely recommend Ski le Gap to keen skiers taking a gap year.

Without a doubt one of the best things I have ever experienced. 20 years later I still have amazing memories and from reading recent reviews it sounds like they have not lost any of the the magic that made that place and the people so special. I hope my kids can enjoy the gap it in the future.

My daughter has just come back from 10 weeks in Mont Tremblant with Ski Le Gap. Overall she had a great time. She loves the mountains and skiing, so she was always going to be in her element, but the Ski Le Gap instructors were fantastic and helped her take her skiing to the next level. She really hopes to use her Level 2 qualification in the next few years.The whole Ski Le Gap team made it possible for her not only to realise her skiing dreams but to have fun too!Many thanks to you all!

Ski Le Gap was such an incredible experience. Spending 10 weeks of your gap year learning to be a ski instructor, seeing new cities and making amazing friends is so incredible. We did so many extra activities like ice hockey, cross country skiing, night skiing, quinzee building, snowshoeing and even a lip sync competition! Meeting new people who are also on a gap year was definitely the highlight, I’ve made such great life long friends and being able to ski with them every day was an added bonus! The reps and director Anthony were always supportive and lovely and really work hard to look after us. I couldn’t recommend this course anymore to anyone who can ski and is looking at taking a gap year, it was seriously the best experience of my life and I enjoyed every minute

When I was asked ‘what could be improved about Ski Le Gap?’ I replied ‘I wish I could help you out but there’s really nothing I’d change’! Ski Le Gap has been the trip of a lifetime. Not only do you get to ski/snowboard 5 days a week with inspirational level 4 instructors but you also get the opportunity to learn many Canadian skills. A few of my favourites were cross country skiing, ice hockey, quinzee building, snow shoeing and despite being a skier I even went to the ‘dark side’ and learnt how to snowboard! The weekend trips to Montréal and Ottawa make a nice change from the snowy scenery at Mont Tremblant and allow for a little bit of shopping and sight seeing. You’re Garenteed to make lots of friends from different places and backgrounds all with the same interest as you - the Reps included! I’d definitely recommend Ski Le Gap if you’re looking to better your skiing, meet new people, learn awesome skills and experience a different culture. There’s never a dull moment - the constant laughs and entertainment will make your trip fly by (so make the most of it)! My experience with Ski Le Gap was MEGA SLAY

I did the 10 week snowboarding course this winter and without a doubt can say it was the best experience of my life, so far. I met loads of new people, made some really amazing friends and by the end of the trip Tremblant started to feel like a second home. Would recommend to anyone after college, especially if you're doing a gap year, it's a must do.

Ski Le Gap has been one of the best experiences of my life. The 10-week course allowed me to get both my level one and two CSIA ski instructor qualifications. Not only did I have 10 weeks of incredible and intense tuition from the best of the best instructors, who transformed my skiing. The 10 weeks was filled with trips to Ottawa and Montreal, as well as night skiing and tubing. The Reps made me feel comfortable and safe, so far away from home, having people you can trust and rely on helped me excel in my skiing. The main pull of SLG is the skiing/ snowboarding itself, however they don’t give themselves any credit for the person you become. I left the UK after having a tough 6th form experience – including the influence of covid – I was thrust in to living with 20 other gappers who I didn’t know. SLG helped me grow, develop, and mature into a person I am proud to be. Giving me a fresh start, a chance to be yourself and learn while bonding with others through a sport you love. Not only have my friendships lasted with the other gappers themselves but the Tremblant locals and the SLG team, it’s a true family away from home. It’s something very special that I am proud that I was a part of. Tremblant itself is one of the most beautiful Ski resorts a true home. The 10 weeks sped by. I along with others continued and taught at the ski school, still living in the same place. We were able to rely on each other and the reps as we had created such a bond, unlike may I have at home, learning how to work, schedule your time and living in a different country helped me develop many skills. I would 100% recommend ski le gap to anyone, skier, or snowboarder, I can’t express the time I had, I was in floods of tears at the airport. Not only is my skiing now top notch… I am a different person, happier, more confident and all round a better person who now has incredible friends. So, thank you to SLG, an experience I will never forget.

Well where do I start, ski le gap was the one of the biggest highlights of my life. I’ve even been back to teach for another year as it was soooo fun, meeting amazing people, partying in the caribou and skiing every day. You will have one of the best experience of your life if you love to ski/party. If you are lover of traveling and seeing new places this course will be amazing for you. After finished you and teach anywhere in the world with level two and meet even more people if you desire. I think every gap year should have this course and hope everyone next year and to come has and amazing experience. Live life and do what excites.

Was the most amazing experience of not only my gap year, but my life in general. So much more than just skiing, we went across the country seeing new places and meeting people. I'm so glad I went on this course, making friends for life. I will definitely suggest it to all my friends, not an experience you want to miss
