Brilliant experience! 5 stars! After having an awful first experience purchasing my previous car from a different motor garage I was nervous when looking for my new car. West Heath motors were brilliant! The service was professional, with no typical ‘sales’ pressure. I had a small issue with the battery which was immediately attended to and fixed the next morning! Very trustworthy! Would definitely recommend.

Picked up my new car today a week after first looking at it, Phil was amazing in helping me with financing the car and giving me all the information I needed! Very friendly service and had an answer to all of my questions - I am so happy with my new car and would recommend West Heath Motors to any friend looking for a new quality car.

With all honesty this is the best place I have brought a car. Phil was amazing no hard selling, provided a professional honest service. All his cars are of great quality and come with a warranty. Absolutely fantastic, the service is brilliant, I just brought my new car from there and brothers David and Philip were great help, not pushy at all, they helped us from start to finish with the purchase of our new car. This will be the third car that we have bought from WHM which speaks volumes in itself, being that I can be a bit 'cautious'...when it comes to cars and the buying of.Philip was both friendly and honest, remaining knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process ,including the viewing, test driving and purchase our latest vehicle. An mot was supplied and all advisories were automatically fixed before collection. Including a few minor paintwork chips on the door edges that Phil corrected himself. [Paintwork Ninja apparently]I am of the honest opinion that this is a dealership that can be trusted, an increasingly rare thing in this day and age. Philip and David both go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with your car buying experience. Very good service here. My car had a couple of problems and the workers here didn't hesitate to help me they took my car in for repairs for me and gave me a hire car to use. Repairs done very quickly for me. I would reccomend purchasing a car here as they are very polite and happy to help you.
