The team were helpful and keen to get the work done the same day even though they didn't have the part in stock. Despite being early on a Sunday morning they did what was needed to get the parts and still fit them in pretty much the time I needed.

The people who work here are very helpful, from the manager who is a top man to those who are around him. They always helped me quickly even without an appointment and I can say that it is the most useful center in all of London. Don't use this branch 09-08-2023 visit, the Kwik staff behind the counter was rude and had no customer skills. Waiting in queue and in line next and completely ignored me and served someone behind me without even asking or apologising to say I'll be with you in one moment, proceeded to increase my service costs for an oil change even though I had booked online and was so abrupt with his explanation left me feeing uncomfortable and trusting them with my vehicle. would never leave my car with them as their attitude did not instil any confidence or trust in me to leave my vehicle with them let alone servicing it. I cancelled the appointment immediately and vouched never to return to this branch.

Charlie and the team are always polite and helpful. I'm always welcomed when I arrive. Any work needed is explained clearly. I feel able to ask questions and seek clarification. I never feel pressure to have work done. They always phone to let me know when my car is ready to be collected. I trust their advice and feel that they always do a good job.

They were clear and concise with their customer service and fixed my problem in a timely manner.It was a Fleet vehicle so I didn't pay for it, so not sure what the prices are value for money or not.On the whole, the experience went smoothly.
