Dear team, thank you for the amazing, unexpected Sunday delivery and the excellent service offered by Leisure Wheels.The bike arrived impeccably packed and road ready after the initial set up.I am very grateful for Dan's diamond assistance who kept his promise and delivered the bike within 1 week including the Cube supplying time.I have initially ordered this model Kathmandu SLX from a different company and after a month of waiting with no bike on the horizon, I contacted Dan who promised to help with my ordeal and I decided to follow his advice, and fortunately have cancelled the initial order from the other company in time before my finance plan was due.

Bought my Felt AR4 2018 from here a good few years ago, cracking bike, goes like a rocket, good service, shop has been here since I was a teenager and now hit the big 50! Recommended A+++ Looking at purchasing a MTB, will have to pop down or send the boss an email see whats available.

I am very pleased with my Cube touring hybrid pro 625 bought from leisure wheels. It is giving excellent battery range eg 70 miles to Cambridge and back and still 35% left using auto mode (one above eco). On the down side, it is heavy and has a wide handlebars making it difficult to push about or put in the car.When I enquired about what size spare inner tube I needed (29inch), they sent me two free of charge.I am due back there in a few weeks to have the free two month check up.

I bought a new Haibike 5 Treking in Jan 2023 from Leisure Wheels and have done a couple of thousand miles on it during the year. A free check up was offered 30 days after purchase and subsequently I had two slime inner tubes fitted by them (just paid for the tubes themselves) which have virtually eliminated puncture problems . Later in the year I popped in because I had broken chain on a log and got a quick repair link which has worked perfectly since and was easy to fit - no tools required. Broke the chain guard recently whilst off roading and new one sourced in 72 hours. Great and friendly service and I would certainly recommend them to your short list before buying on line as after service is really important.

I Purchased a cube stereo ebike from this store. I Couldn’t find a better price anywhere and was reluctant to buy such an expensive bike online , I didn’t need to worry , I received an email first thing the next morning to explain the delivery process of my bike and sure enough a few days later it was here , packaged like you’ve never seen , every part was protected. Easy to build, just fit the handle bars really.You guys should definitely offer fitting invisiframe, I did it myself and it’s fairly easy.Brilliant service well done.

Ordered my first ever new bike, albeit a demonstrator bike.It is the e-bike from Estarli 20.7 fantastic looking bike, excellent update from supplier on dispatch times and next day delivery.I had to question if the right version had been sent and had an immediate response, via email, confirming the change of specification from year on year.Very satisfied with the bike and communication from Leisure Wheels.Thanks youDean

Great price, bike as described, arrived after suggested time interval, well packed, manuals cover too many models but that’s Cube, not this dealer. Had to fit handlebars, front wheel and seat but not rocket science. Only had one spin on it so far but very pleased and advice on frame size was exactly correct.

Sam was so helpful and knowledgeable, asked lots of questions and he was happy to answer them all. Helped me purchase the new bike and was delivered next day. 5* service highly recommended and best prices around UK.

Ordered a cube reaction pro 625 on Saturday morning arrived in Devon on Tuesday. Absolutely delighted with the bike, price and service, beautifully packed too! Although they’re not local to us it’s important to support small independent businesses and this little one is fab!

I was recommended a visit to this stockist by a friend. Good shout. The store is well laid out with all you could need for cycling. A good selection of electric bikes, which was the reason I was visiting.I have no knowledge of modern bikes, so I went in cold. Tom was wonderful in his knowledge, care and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, and he got bikes off display to assist me with sizing and setup. I came away with a lot to consider. The experience left me with no doubt that Leisure Wheels will be where I buy.Prices are promised to be matched, but when Tom looked up my current prices, they were beating or meeting what I had seen online. I deliberately wanted to support local businesses, and when they can remain so competitive, it is a no-brainer.
