I'm using their subscription service, it's been a whole month and service is top class. Absolutely everything from pick wash and drop is very smooth and efficient. My Mrs not been well and these guys have absolutely been life savers from get go. Good communication skills and very professional. Thanks again for saving our life. Clothes smell great for days on. The laundry assistant is very helpful and charming.

Highly impressive service. Staff are on hand and always ready to help. The range of services is awesome - very helpful for my elderly parents wanting to not only wash large heavy items such as duvets, but dry clean and have alterations done to garments, and have items collected and delivered back to them. Thank you Wood Street Laundrette!

Wood Street Launderette and Dry Cleaning
Have been going here every week for about 2 years, Just been today and my clothes came out of the machine dry and still dirty. This is not the first time this has happened. Got a refund, but no time to redo and unreliable, so came back home with a bag of dirty clothes. Powder and fabric softener went in, machine was half full, so no obvious reason for this. Very frustrating.

Exceptional service given by the staff who work here. In house facilities are really mind blowing. Coffee machine, vending machine and water tank, they even got TV for entertainment and sweets and lollies for kids. Great 1 stop launderette and dry cleaning who also offer alterations and shoe repairs. Just wow. Very unique shop

I was using another laundry locally but it shut down and I came across this one, and really shocked with the amount of services they offer,Taxi, laundry,dry clean, alterations and even shoe repairs. I am always using their services on regular now, quality is top, so is their customer service. The lady working there is very polite and helpful. Clothes back back really fresh, I will be using regular now.

Honestly, I cannot begin to tell you how lovely the people are who work here - every single one of them! During a personal nightmare, they absolutely turned my weekend around by making an impossible laundry task actually really chilled somehow! Also great service on taxis and great prices. Some of the best service I have ever encountered. Thank you all so much!

The service was good, my main issue was that it’s quite pricey compared to other dry cleaning services nearby and the job took longer than they told me it would.
