Fantastic help with my order over the phone and have been extremely helpful each and every time I have used them. :)How ever, since posting this review which was on the understanding of a good review a wood saw would be given as part of the order, this never did come with the order and a delivery time was arrange between 7.30 and 9.30am and it never arrived.A phone call later found that they had not marked it for that time and the delivery turned up early afternoon.And to top it all of, four concrete posts were ordered and instead one was a corner post and had to be exchanged, so from a positive start it soon went down hill.Was 5 star but sadly now only 2 star

Friendly and helpful staff who are extremely helpful and accomodating, fair prices also. Fully stocked with all of the materials you expect from a business as this. Colin staff who is a delivery driver for Medway builders Merchants polite and professional manner who is also accomodating. He will ask you where you want the heavy goods so as not to make life hard work. Great ambassador to the company. Colin staff.
