The shop displays amazing pewter collections. I was there for Christmas shopping and was pleased with their service. Mr. Carlo, the boutique manager was extremely pleasant and spent time explaining to me on how to choose my gift. I ended up bought a few! Definitely recommend it. Thumbs up!

We had a fabulous visit to this wonderful shop. My sister and I have both visited Malaysia and the Royal Selangor factory so we popped in to the shop for a trip down memory lane. We didn't plan to buy anything but loved looking at and holding the objects. Safin was a really lovely assistant and answered all our questions. She definitely deserves to have a trip to Kuala Lumpur as a bonus!! (And I did buy something In the end!!)

The team at Royal Selangor were courteous and helpful and I enjoyed shopping at the store. Safin helped me with my purchases and she was so helpful and friendly while being knowledgeable and professional. I’ll be back soon for more wonderful Malaysian pewter.

Such a great experience with Richard and Magan. They helped me find a wonderful birthday present and the service was impeccable. I wish there was more Malaysian/ Asian gifts as I originally came in the store for a feng shui item. Still wonderful collection though

Initially gave them a 1 star review after heard nothing about my order for 9 days. But Carlo Capra their UK retail boutique manager saw the review and called me. Turns out the UK site is separate from the Malaysian unit. He then went out of his way to ensure I got the product within 24 hours in time for my wedding anniversary. Amazing service.Word of advice, if you have an issue, just pick up the phone to them.The Disney Belle Musical Statue was beautiful and my wife loved it. 10 years - Tin Anniversary - Pewter

I found this most amazing shop in Chelsea, for a Star Wars and Marvel geek like me it was heaven on earth, the gentleman who was on duty ,Carlo, was super friendly, knowledgable, made me feel welcome , the figures and items are simply amazing, as a massive Darth Vader fan, I had to buy the Darth Vader keychain, I have my eye on the Obi-wan kenobi light saber mould, this shop is an absolute must for any Star Wars, Marvel and DC fan, Thank you Carlo for all your help
