Firing Squad Woodburners

Although the lady didn't have what i needed, she was very helpful in directing me somewhere where i could find what i needed.The shop had some really nice stoves and fire related items. A really friendly helpful place run by people who know what they are talking about. Worth a visit if you need a new burner.

Brilliant from start to finish. Spoke to Kerry on the phone for some advice on fitting a woodburner we already owned up to a new chimney, Paul came out to quote and reassured us was good to use! Great installation from Paul & team on the day, with lots of aftercare advice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Firing Squad, and look forward to using them again in future when we install another woodburner.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Paul installed a woodburner for my mum and couldn't have been more professional, helpful and considerate. The team were efficient, completing the job in good time, but also consulted my mum on every detail as they worked, to ensure everything was exactly how she wanted. They took all the waste away with them at the end and the finished install looked fantastic, completed to the highest standard. Not only is the quality of the work brilliant, but they were also personable - answering all of my mum's very numerous queries, and special mention should go to Kelly in the office who continued to answer Mum's various questions even after the job was completed.To top it off, in the current circumstances, they were also very Covid conscious, and highly considerate of distancing measures - especially appreciated as my Mum is on the vulnerable list and choosing to shield herself.We couldn't be happier! A wonderful team.

Brilliant service from start to finish! I ‘faffed’ As to what Stove but Paul and his colleagues very helpful. Very reasonable price for supply and installation. Room immaculate when finished and Paul kindly came back that night to ensure I was happy and to take me through controls etc. Also inspected my roof whilst he was up there! Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

A top notch service from start to finish. We had three companies evaluate and price up our installation, Paul was by far the most knowledgeable and expert in his advice and guidance. His quote was comprehensive and all inclusive and good value compared to other 'opportunistic' pricing. The actual installation was undertaken with little fuss, competently, quickly, cleanly and was perfect first time. All the little touches were attended to, such as protecting the floor. If you need a stove, look no further.
