The lady driver I had today around 9.45am onwards was very professional, helped me carry my groceries, polite and very patient. I wish that everytime I book a taxi within Leeds she does the drops off. Please

Great airport service...kept in contact so taxi ready even though we we were delayed in baggage reclaim.Also recent home to train station- booked on automatic system on phone ..arrived within 5 mins. Prompt and friendly. ..and most importantly reliable.

I booked through the app and the taxi was despatched quickly. It was easy to track his location with the tracking feature on the app. The driver was brilliant, very friendly and I felt very safe

I pre-booked 7 taxis well in advance for a large group of us to be taken to our work Christmas event.Firstly, all of the taxis were 20+ minutes late despite booking weeks in advance, meaning we were late to the activity which we had booked for a certain time and only had two hours for it so it ate into our activity time.I was also told on the phone when originally booking I could prepay for each taxi journey individually using the link provided via a text.When the taxis began arriving to the destination, 3 of the drivers allowed me to pay via the link over text with no issue, and the other 4 drivers wouldn't stop the metre until someone in the car had paid in cash. One car even ending up racking up an extra £7 on the metre just parked up outside the destination and refused to end the trip until we got cash.We had prebooked taxis for the return trip but cancelled these and used Uber instead.Absolutely appalling service and won’t be using this company again.

Used Arrow cabs for eons - but downturn in service made me leave. Been using Amber for nearly 3years now. Consistently brilliant, and price is fair. Happy loyal customer

Turn out are relatively quick. The drivers are polite and not being too rushed which offers a good sense of ride composure. The cars are reasonably tidy and the fees are acceptable. Will keep using this taxi service.

Very punctual, phoned when he was outside the house. Traffic was busy towards end of journey so he was happy to drop me off so I could walk the last little bit to the station. Very reasonably priced, pre booked the night before. Would use again.

I’ve used amber cars a few times from a place outside of Leeds. They always arrive on time and are professional. Not over priced. The App makes it easy to book and pay for the taxis. I would recommend them.
