Absolutely appallingly service, they were late to collect the car and on our return trip we had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for our car to be returned to us, we kept calling and were given false information about when our car would arrive. Had used them before and had to wait for the car to be collected but thought maybe we were unlucky. Will not use them again,be warned terrible service.

I used them for 17 days parking during Easter. It was my second time. Overall they were very good value for money. Professional greeting at the terminal where they inspect and photograph your car. On returning the car was delivered quickly and undamaged.The only slight disappointment was the time it took to get through on the phone and the driver was clearly a smoker as my steering wheel smelt of cigarettes.I will use them again.

Do not use this company! Flying with young children so chose a meet and greet option to help expedite departure and arrival. We had to wait for someone to collect the car at departures for over half an hour. I thought I would drop them an email to request that the service is better upon our arrival back in the UK which never got responded to. Upon arrival we collected our luggage and then rang the number provided to be told that our car is currently blocked in and they are unable to advise how long until we will be able to get our car back (bearing in mind our flight was delayed by an hour. Would have been better off parking in the long term car park!!!

So we have now been waiting for nearly an hour and still no sign of our car.We started calling them at 10:40 to let them know we had landed and had our luggage.It took 15 minutes to get through to them. Phone constantly engaged or on hold. They then told us our car would be 10 minutes. 50 minutes later and still no car.I called back and they told me it would be another 10 minutes. I asked where my car was as we had a meeting we are now late for and they put the phone down.This is the worst service of any meet and greet service I have ever experiencedBe warned

Car was collected late but that was fine as we got to the airport early. The worst part is that the car was returned with a broken windscreen and they drove it to the airport like that thinking it was safe to drive. Called customer service and was given the wrong email address to contact then to make a claim. Have not heard back in over 3 weeks and I’ve left numerous voicemails and email. Shocking customer service.The manager is rude and dismissive and would not believe me that i didn’t drive the car to the airport with a crack all the way through the windscreen.As someone that has used these kind of services before i do not recommend using them.

DO NOT USE!!!!!What a shambles of a business.Meet and great you expect to be slick and punctual. Absolute opposite.These jokers are clearly running things on a shoe string.They were 40 minutes late collecting the car before the holiday which left us nor oom for relaxing at all before our flight.On returning we landed at 2:00am. Called them as requested after collecting our bags at 0230 to be told of a 30 minute delay... This was a blatent lie. We finally got our car at 0415 despite many calls to them and being fed many lies. I have a 1 and a 4 year old, which they were well aware of too.The drivers are nice people and are only doing their job. Quite professional and pleasant.Please do not use these crooks.

We booked this “meet and greet” parking service via Holiday Extras as we have done with many other similar companies for our holiday with friends in July 2019.I was given a new company car 3 weeks before we went so changed the model, colour and registration number on the Holiday Extras website and printed the new confirmation.We had a good trip down to Gatwick from our home in Suffolk so I phoned Help Me Park to tell them of our slightly earlier arrival. They said it wasn’t an issue and would be at the drop off point (with very limited waiting/parking available) within 15 minutes of my phone call. We arrived within 12 minutes of my phone call so we’re prepared to wait a short while in this busy area. After another 10 minutes I called again and got the same answer, they’d be with us any minute. Interestingly other meet and greet operators had their drivers at the drop off zone before their customers, as you would expect, hence the meet and greet name. A couple of these drivers asked if we were waiting for Help Me Park as this seems to be the norm for their unfortunate customers. Even the parking patrol guy said we would be ages as Help Me Park are “the worst”. He allowed us to wait in this area as he knew they would be late.After another 15 minutes I called again and got the same smarmy answer so I told them that they needed to arrive very quickly as, believe it or not, we had a plane to catch and had initially called them at 6.45am, it was now 7.47! The driver turned up a minute later but was expecting a different car as they had the original car details. I showed him my copy of the confirmation from Holiday Extras and he hand wrote the changes on his sheet. So they took 1 hour and 3 minutes to get to us after my initial phone call!I was overly comfortable leaving my £40,000 Audi with these guys but, we did have a plane to catch. I emailed Holiday Extras while on holiday telling them of the fiasco we had at drop off and hoped that collecting the car would go smoother.This was not the case, we collected our cases and called as instructed. As usual, the answer was my car would be in the drop off zone in 10 minutes. Well guess what, it wasn’t. It turned up 42 minutes later. The usual other operators were delivering their customers cars before the customers arrived. Ironically there was a Help Me Park driver at the drop off zone all the time we were there as they had forgot to pick him up!To sum up, avoid this shower of amateurs. We holiday 4/5 times a year and always use a meet and greet service, never have we had such poor service.

Booked with help me park through a price comparison website. Instructions were to reach the terminal lay-by and the driver will approach me. Ended up waiting in the car with two babies for nearly 50 minutes with the dispatcher's line busy almost all the time. Eventually, I was forced to leave the car in the short term car park in order to not miss my long haul, and when I let the dispatcher know, they hung up on me. Short term car park cost is £45 per day.We were the last ones to board after running through the airport.When I arrived at my destination, I contacted Gatwick, and they said I could book the rest of the parking time at £10 per day, which I did in order to minimize the damages.Help Me Park then responded to me saying that I should cancel that reservation and they will get the car out of the short term parking for me when I return with no charge. I made sure to call them on the day before my return to confirm, and they said they'll handle that.When I arrived back, they couldn't help, and I was forced to pay £765 out of pocket for 17 days.Help-me-park then refused to pay this back to me, making false claims such as I was waiting in the wrong spot, and that I shouldn't have left the car in a place they can't get it from (then show up in time!!!).A law suit against them and the price comparison website solved the matter, and they eventually agreed to pay me. At no point has there been an apology from them, or any recognition that they didn't do their job. Absolute disgrace, and I would highly recommend avoiding them, unless you like running through the airport and dealing with county courts.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Left car with them and they returned with a 20.5 inch (52cm) crack across driver side of my windscreen. Their response:I am sorry to hear that your windscreen has developed a crack and we can fully understand your frustration. We obviously cannot say for certain how this occurred but would imagine

This is not a meet and greet service in the truest sense. Drop off was a complete shambles. We arrived at the airport having been stuck in horrendous traffic but have the requested 20 mins warning call. 45 minutes after arriving at the drop off, we were still waiting at the freezing cold drop off for a driver to come and collect the car. Other drivers came and went but we seemed to be ignored. It created an unnecessary and unpleasant rush at the beginning of our holiday. Pick up was better in terms of timing but the driver was pushy to get our signature on the collection documentation and seemed surprised that we wanted to check the car first before taking it away. I wouldn’t use them again as even though the price is attractive, I now realise that you cannot out a price on a reliable efficient meet and greet. For 20 quid extra, we could have had a proper meet and greet service from another company.
