Update 23rd October..getting B/S now martin the boss not available again...apparently the manufacturer are examing the awning. Dont know how as it is still in the same place i left it in the store a month agoalong with 2 other returned awnings at the moment..i took a photo as proof ..I purchased a camptech starline air awning end of April this year..the longest we had it up for was 4 days at a time on 2 occasions and then quite a few weekends..we were told not to leave it up so we never did...however 3 weeks ago on taking it down the roof tore in 2 places..quite large rips too..its as if the material had turned to paper..brittle to touch...we returned it to Martin from clwyd caravans who told us he would be in touch with us within the week..that never happened.we visited the store the week after to be told Martin wasn't working this weekend and they took our details again and said someone will get back to us..well week 3 and still nothing..we have since found out that another couple on our site bought the same awning but left theirs up all this season but on taking theirs down found that the roof material totally disintegrated ..but as they left theirs up felt they could not return theirs..might have strengthed my case if they had..we probably had ours up for around 30 days in total from April till September .I will get in touch with them again today and l will post a response to keep you updated..so best not purchase an awning till we let you know if they either offer us a refund or put it towards a better awning..stu from the wirral..Update..I called clwyd caravans again 18th oct..got told Martin was away till next monday...feels like I'm being fobbed off..customer service not good at the moment...i will call next monday...keep you updated

First class service from David and the team at Clwyd Caravans. We've just bought a caravan and awning. This company is the best we've ever dealt with in terms of service, efficiency and courtesy. The accessories shop is very well stocked with everything needed. We will continue to use Clwyd Caravans for all our caravanning purchases it's a pleasure to shop there. We had several problems with our motor home when travelling through. This garage was recommended (on a Facebook page), so I phoned and they let us bring it straight in. Problems both Identified and fixed in no time. All the staff I saw were fabulous and went above and beyond so that we could continue our travels. Highly recommended.

We purchased a 2022 Bermuda and we would just like to say how excellent the service was. Martin was very good with us whenever we rang to ask about the caravan due to the delays with the manufacturer. A very special thank you to Gavin and the workshop team for ensuring we understood all the operations of the caravan and how everything worked and made himself available on the other end of the phone if we needed further help which is very reassuring thank you

Fantastic. We had a cupboard support break in our sterling tourer. We went to Clwd caravans for help. John repaired it. He did an excellent job and the cupboard door is now back on. Can’t than them all enough.

I’m out on a two month mini road trip and at present at Chirk. The pump played up ( truma), so I took it to get it tested and ended up buying a Whale pump which is a very good product. Also bought a couple of things extra having had a lovely fun chat with the rather beautiful woman who served me. A Tappanyaki which is a great little thing and a tow hitch caravan cover with the Welsh emblem on.So Thanks very much you beautiful woman.Totally recommend this place. Regards Mal Greenhill.

Recently bought a Pilote MH from Clwyd Caravans. There are really not enough superlatives to cover the experience. The sales process with Martin was superb, fair, relaxed and efficient. The after sales service is exemplary. Gavin is particularly helpful, when he says ring me if any issues, he genuinely means it & does his utmost to resolve it.

We collected our New Pilote P626D Evidence on the 1st September '23. The service was second to none. Martin, (the Owner) was very helpful and organised the arrangements for collection. Good guy to deal with.Gavin did our handover, and he really is an asset to the Company. He is very helpful and really knows his products. He fitted out an Aircon system, Bicycle Rack, Gaslow and also a Satellite TV. He described everything in great detail with patience and easy understanding. He really is knowledgeable and is so helpful. Do not hesitate to deal with this Company as every one of the staff are a joy.
