Very friendly, professional and Knowledgeable gas engineer dispatched to our property, name of John, diagnosed the problem with our boiler straight away (which three other companies had completely failed to do), immediate got hold of the necessary part same day, and fitted without preamble. Thorough and capable. Exactly the service you would wish for. We will certainly encourage our property managers to use them whenever possible, though I trust that the work they did was high quality enough that we won't need them again for some time.
