Needed new water tank and they fitted a clever new Mixergy tank in a narrow compartment and it is fantastic. Saving me lots of money already and getting properly hot showers and good pressure. Superb service.

Sorted out our landlord gas safety certificate quick response and professional manner.

Messaged them on 2nd April. 24 days later still not heard from them.

Jamie of JAG Plumbing repaired my broken boiler as quickly as possible , and fitted me in to his busy schedule to change a radiator. Both jobs were carried out with the minimum of fuss and mess and I am very pleased with the outcome. Will use them again for servicing and recommend them to friends and family.

It was a real pleasure to see someone turn up from a trade and seem confident and capable when faced with a boiler issue. Jamie arrived 20 minutes after I called him with some queries surrounding a boiler issue. He dealt with the issue in minutes despite a few people struggling with it throughout the day. He was friendly professional and most importantly honest about the situation and didnt blow it out of proportion which he could have easily done. He was incredibly fair about the price also. Called J.A.G out to repair leaking boiler, very responsive in getting to me, came back next day to 'repair' the leak, within 2 hours boiler was leaking again, had to call someone else out to repair properly, they found sealent shoved in a part that wasn't even causing the problem. Would not use them again.
