James is brilliant at sorting out all your tech and computer problems - either remotely or at home. He has restored my old pc and even more ancient laptop to full - and fast - working order, and has recently ironed out a persistent problem on the pc remotely. James is a perfect technician for people like me – competent but not knowledgeable enough to be assured that all is well with our computer systems. That is where James comes in. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He responds to every communication and resolves the issue either by a phone call, online and even personal visit – all with good cheer and proper explanations of the issue. He gives clear quotes and, in my experience, never recommends kit or services not strictly needed for the system.Well done, James. Keep it up. I rely on you

We've used James's services for several years now and cannot fault his level of quality and professionalism. James comes to our house and as he works on our IT problems, he explains everything as he works so you understand and know what the problem is and how he is fixing it. James has also provided us with a new laptop, setting it up with us to meet our specific business requirements.
