A couple of months ago, I had a fantastic experience viewing rental properties with Benedicte. I contacted her about one particular property. She called back promptly for a brief chat, instantly understood the type of property that I was after and put together a great program to view a series of options and all of them were on target.Beyond understanding my needs, I really can't praise Benedicte and the team enough for the fantastic viewing experience. They were highly professional, but were great company and a lot of fun. I personally find property hunting soul destroying, but I really had a wonderful morning. This is all down to the great work of Benedicte and the. team.Highly recommended. If I need to move in London again, I will be contacting Benedicte as my first action.

Great work by the team. Especially Benedicte was exemplary. She has a good commercial sense, to find solutions that work for both landlords and tenants, and generally had a very friendly approach and attitude.

Benedicte helped me to find the perfect flat to rent in Kensington in just a few days. She has been really helpful and guided me through every step of the process to rent this house. She was very professional and understanding.

We've had a horrible experience with Dexters (lettings and maintenance team), moving into a flat that half of the windows aren't opening and the bathroom heating doesn't work. Of course they didn't let us know from the beginning, instead they pushed us to get a contract for 2 years without a breaking clause, as there was no other option. After moving in, and raised all the issues with them, the letting team stop replying (as they had already gotten their commission), and they passed us onto the maintenance team who has been ignoring us ever since. A month has passed and still we don't have heating in the bathroom, and they keep delaying the issues and finding excuses. I would never trust Dexters again, and I would never agree to a 2 year contract with no breaking clause again, as well. Definitely better to work with a smaller agency, or Openrent/directly the landlord, than Dexters - after closing the deal they just completely dissapear and couldn't care less what problems exist whatsoever (even if they probably knew already and tried to conceal them).

I had the best experience with Zak. He made the process of finding a great flat so smooth and stress free. Always agreable, professional and answering my phone calls quickly.Zak went the extra mile to make the process easier.
