I am new to strength and cardio training, it was something that had always intimidated me. Anthony has been fundamental in encouraging me to explore strength and cardio training and has helped me find new levels of strength I couldn't have imagined I had. His classes are fun and challenging, I have felt myself getting stronger physically and mentally with every class I have attended. Thank you Anthony!

Anthony’s TRX classes are great! Classes are carefully thought, always varied and for all levels, so ultimately you can make your workout as hard or as easy as you like it. Whatever is the class focus you end up working out the full body with some strength and some cardio, which makes it the perfect workout! Anthony is also nice and fun which helps, especially after a long workday!

I've been attending Ant's TRX Class at the Lodge for several months now, it's always challenging but incredibly fun. Ant is a brilliant instructor, he's really helped me build my confidence after a significant spinal injury last year. I wholeheartedly recommend trying one of his classes!

TRX classes at the Lodge quickly becoming my favourite type of exercise. The classes are perfect for anyone who wants an effective and challenging full body workout without the strain of weightlifting. Classes with Anthony are always fun and engaging and he’s a patient and attentive trainer who will take the time to support and motivate you.

I love TRX but it’s hard to find really good classes that make the most of how versatile and effective it can be. Anthony is a great trainer, and you can tell he puts a lot of thought into planning his sessions - every class is different and he gives modifications for beginner to advanced. Challenging and fun!

His classes are challenging, fun and really well-tailored to each individual - and a super friendly environment to exercise in. He really does go the extra mile.I started attending TRX classes at the Lodge a couple of months ago and look forward to them each week!
