We would just like to thank Louise and Martin for their speed and help in arranging and undertaking the structural engineer's report so speedily when time was definitely of the essence!Their help made the purchase of our son's first home a little less stressful, and it was good to meet Martin once we'd completed on the house when he did a comprehensive spec for the building work we'll need.Thank you both so much from us all.

I was very pleased with the service Specialist Xpress provided. I purchased a damp survey. Although I was initially disappointed with the report their partner company provided, Specialist Xpress dealt with my complaint promptly and thoroughly, arranging another visit by the surveyor which resolved all my concerns.I would thoroughly recommend Specialist Xpress and thank them for their excellent customer service.

Specialist Xpress maintained communications right from the start; updating us with the confirmed dates of surveys and the expected time to receive the reports (which always came in earlier than expected). They offered assistance and answered emails quickly - always helpful if you need the information in a hurry, or to ease any concerns you may have. I was very sceptical when I got the Survey report on my proposed purchase which detailed some issues - then added information about a company that could provide specialist reports. I thought that was what I had already paid for.I decided to contact them for quotes as the vendor was also concerned that there could be serious issues.Specialist Xpress were so easy to deal with.I explained that I needed three aspects investigated and they found two companies that could cover the three issues. The young man I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and made me feel as if nothing was too much trouble. The vendors and I agreed to pay for one each so we were contacted by phone to make separate payments.The companies got in touch with the vendor very quickly to arrange visits.In each case the reports prepared were comprehensive and easy to follow. Only one issue required further work and the specialist phoned to explain it all to me.I have been delighted with the service from Specialist Xpress and with the contractors they organised.I would certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone. The service enables you to fully understand the real value and condition of a property. A money saver in the long term and very good value for money.

Fantastic service from the first phone call to Stuart coming out. Simple and easy.Great service that put our minds at ease in double quick time. Our engineer (Stuart) came out on a Sunday and we had the report he very next day.There contact details are being kept in my phone in case anyone needs them.What more can I say other than thank you all for the help and getting the answers quickly.Jamie and Helen

Genuinely exceptional service! There was a misunderstanding of the report at my bank who then requested a new report. I got in touch with Specialist Xpress via email and got a call from the MD within 30 minutes! She was wonderful and called the bank to explain the situation to them, and then called my Mortgage Broker to update her - stunning service!

This was genuinely such a poor experience. Specialist Xpress couldn't deliver one of my reports, the other report didn't take place on the day I was promised. Not overly helpful when buying a house..... I was then told I would receive a refund and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund in full. I then got calls and emails saying this had been a mistake and they were only meant to give me a partial refund and that they would need to take payment again. Best to avoid these guys

I cannot recommend Specialist Xpress highly enough. They were so helpful in putting me in touch with a structuarl surveyor under a very tight timeline. The surveyor was equally helpful and visited the site and turned the report around really quickly. Many thanks to Sally for her help in making this all happen.

Needed a structural report and arboculturist report for a mortgage offer. Patrick was really helpful and was the only person I contacted who spoke in simple terms, not the usual jargon. Both surveys completed within 10days when most were telling me it would be a month, reports followed swiftly after. Would recommend
