If i could give 0 stars i would, been calling since 9am. 78 calls and NO AWNSER. This practice is why hospital staff is so under pressure as they don’t awnser and then when they do they say all the appointments are filled up. Unhelpful staff.

Been a patient for two years and I've nothing but good things to say. Yes you have to ring a few times to get through, as you do for any surgery these days but I usually get through in about 10 mins if I ring first thing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reception are always on the ball and helping me with queries and getting me what I need. Very happy here.

Your phone system is utter bolloks. Only GP service where you're only allowed to call at very specific awkward hours for a short period of time before phone line becomes unavailable. This guarantees that the phone line is constantly busy even for anyone that calls on the dot and most people can't get through or be heard. Bring back a normal phone line where you call in until closing hours and you can arrange an appointment IN PERSON.

It’s been a week that I’m sick vomiting with a swollen stomach. I never panic and let at least a week before ringing but what’s the point when you call 67 times from 9am and at 9:21am you’re told “lines are closed, all appointments are booked”. Utter joke! Time to go private I guess and have doctors that respect their patients.

Quite possibly the worst gp in the world. Only takes phone calls to start, lines either don’t work or are constantly busy. Then close as soon as slots are supposedly filled. Made over 1000 calls to just speak to a person to make an appointment and still no luck. Absolute farce

Terrible surgery. Can't get anyone on the phone, lines are constantly busy" or just not ringing through. Impossible to even speak to someone never mind have an appointment made. Can't even get logged in online!"

Extremely poor. The phone service for appointments is fundamentally broken and even if you opt to go to the online patient service (as directed by the practice's website) to make an appointment that way, the website is broken too and you can't register your profile. Contacted site support, no response. That was a month ago.

I’ve always been very satisfied with my experiences at this practice. I had a procedure with a nurse recently that I’d put off for several years and she couldn’t have shown more empathy and understanding. I felt very well looked after. I asked for a letter from one of the GP’s and it was waiting on me at reception only 48hrs later. I’ve always had pleasant encounters with reception staff. Is it difficult to get through on the phones…yes of course, however, considering the sheer volume of traffic on the phone lines at this present time is it any wonder!Thank you reception, GMP’s, nurses and other staff members for all your help it is much appreciatedJenna

I am getting fed up with this practice I am disabled and I have tried to call to make an appointment between 9am and 11 but by the time I get through all the slots are taken so I can't get to see one anymore it's a joke I am in pain all the time now and I can't get anything for it I would go private but I can't afford it with been on benefits but it's strange if u live in England u could get to see one but here in northern Ireland u can't as most of them are still under covid restrictions I think they should stop this now it's getting beind a joke.

Don't like this new system. You ring within there stated timeframe for an phone consultation and it says its closed because they have hit the numpers they have today. Then you ring enquiries and it also says its closed until 11 am. when consultation line closes enquiries open. Where did the old fashion way go, make an appointment for a certain date and time and then go to that appointment. What if a vulnerable person needs to see a doctor for some reason and all spaces are taken up.
