Pets at Home Lowestoft

Lovely, friendly staff. Well maintained store. Even though i have no pets, my kids love to go in and see the animals especially the fish!Everything seems very reasonably priced (if i were to have a pet that is)

Tried to return order placed online.Assistant at till was unsure of photo I showed to her on my phone of my email order details.She asked manager Tina for help, she glanced at it and said I could not have a refund as it did not show payment,she was talking to a customer and did not take the time to listen to me when I told her it did show £16 she said that the proof I was showing to the assistant was not enough to allow refund.I came home checked the return policy and phoned the store and spoke to Tina,she was extremly rude and said I did not show her the phone, I said the assistant did, but she laughed again and told me she did not remember the conversation. I will never shop there again.

I can’t fault the staff at this pets at home. They’re always so helpful and have a solution for me! I must say that the manager (has a ponytail) unfortunately I didn’t get his name, is incredibly intelligent, caring and always makes sure if they haven’t got what I’m looking for that he’s got an alternative. He gives a lot of his time making sure customers are happy and pets are well cared for. I know pets at home can be a little expensive at times but it makes it worth it when you’re treated with respect and kindness when shopping 10/10!

Went in for flea treatment for my dog . Purchased front line. No flea shampoo or room spray for removal of fleas. Was told as you can see the shelf is empty. Just a dismissive attitude. Won't be going back as all purchased in Carlton Colville pet shop and will go there in future. Why can't they do a daily stock check and order when stock is low. Not good attitude.
