This has been the smoothest long distance move within the UK that we have done - despite (or because of) our increasing age and lack of energy. We cannot speak highly enough about the whole team, especially Sam and Tim, who worked over four days to pack, move, and unload our belongings into our new home. They were swift but careful, and very polite and reassuring. They also communicated well with us, which reduced our anxiety through knowing what was happening at each stage. Thorough training gave excellent results. We could have accepted a cheaper quote, but are so glad that we were able to use Britannia Willis, and would recommend them as offering a service that is, in our opinion, great value for money.R and C G

Dealing with Britannia Willis ( Skipton ) has been a pleasure from start to finish. We used them for collection, storage and delivery. This company has just moved our goods to a new property and I have been more than pleased with the service we were given. I wasn't able, through illness, to pack all loose items, but the team took over and effortlessly packed and labelled everything.They were very professional in their operation and quiet but friendly.No house move can be ever be described as stress free but the men we had from Britannia Willis reduced this to a minimum.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trouble free house move.KMB 21/12/2022

We moved from a village outside Skipton to a house within the town. Price was really good value, and the movers themselves were very pleasant, quick and careful with our belongings. The whole thing went really smoothly and i highly recommend Britannia Willis if you want a super professional and stress-free move.

The staff made my move a calm and stress free experience. The movers on the day were excellent. They treated the rental property we were leaving and our new home with respect and protected all surfaces, so no damage. They were extremely helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This removal and storage business provided me with superb service, from the minute I asked for a quotation until completion of my move. The initial survey and quotation was carried out promptly. The service provided for packing and moving into storage and then 4 months later moving to my new address was excellent. Just moved house using Britannia Willis and they were exceptional.Simon and Gareth came and packed things up for us the day before. Super efficient, polite and friendly.On the day of the move, Simon,Dan and Ian arrived early and cheerful and literally made the entire process stress free.These guys work super hard and got us moved and settled in to the new place quickly and hassle . We undertook a potentially frustrating move from a large 4-bed home in Yorkshire to an unknown/unselected property in Toronto, Canada. The Britannia team were excellent, really helpful and supportive as we made last minute changes to items to be taken/left behind. The staff were all very engaging with the move, even after the goods were packed and we realised there was an important document left behind, they seamlessly found the box & the item. Cant recommend them highly enough.

We recently moved with Britannia Willis of Skipton. Despite being a local move there were access challenges and the move took place over two agreed days. Our initial contact with Jonathan reassured us and offered useful advice. On the actual days the team arrived promptly prepared and ready for the work ahead. They worked tirelessly but sensibly having carefully planned each day. It’s a stressful enough process buying a house but knowing that the move will be as smooth and professional as the company outlined has made the transition much easier and actually enjoyable.
