I Used Angus County windows just before Christmas. After doing extensive research I found them to be the best value in the market. The company where very professional to deal with from start to finish and all the work completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Angus county windows, Barry and the team will take care of you.

Firstly I am an experienced reviewer. This firm quoted for works and then promised in June they would put me in their diary and get back to me after their holidays (a direct e mail quote from them “I've put you in my diary and I will give you a call and catch up once everyone is back”). They didn’t bother to contact me at all when they got back from holidays despite their promises. Instead I had to go chasing them. They confirmed they had finished their holidays. But still no suggestion of any idea of a date for my job though surprise surprise they had bigger jobs on but still could not put me in their diary for any start date or even give me some idea of dates for the work to commence. So I sent a further e mail asking for at least some sort of timeline for works to start. No reply. Sent another e mail asking for a rough timeline guide for work to commence to which again I got no reply. I could have contacted a more reputable contractor earlier to get a likely start date for the work instead of being strung along with such discourtesy and time wasting not getting back and then ignoring my subsequent e mails. So it’s more than reasonable therefore to state I got the run around while shown a great deal of discourtesy. So do yourselves a favour read my review and make your own mind up and vote with your wallet for who you want to use as I often find that people’s attitudes and actions often reflect in their standard of work.Please note I have kept all this company’s e mails as evidence to verify the poor service treatment by this company, It’s just a shame they don’t seem to accept my honest review.

Just had new windows fitted and they couldn't have done a better job. The mess, however, on completion was unbelievable and completely ruined the kitchen floor and didn't even attempt to tidy up the bathroom after themselves not to mention the state of the back path which is littered with debris. One bedroom which was recently re-plastered had the plaster board bent on both the top and bottom of the window. Horrendous mess in general although the windows themselves aren't an issue!

I can say that they provide a great service,and any problems have been fixed promptly,(problems outwith the company's) i would highly recommend this company for windows or doors,keep up the great work Barry and team

I'm not often compelled to review businesses' but today I am. Keeping it brief, I had some French doors installed a year or so ago and the workmanship was terrible, I made a call to Angus County Windows and asked for their advice which was given without pressure. I asked that they corrected the shoddy workmanship and installed new doors that were in keeping with the house style, the job was completed this week and I am delighted with the quality of the doors, delighted with the workmanship, delighted at how efficient and clean the guys left my house, and on top of that delighted with the price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barry and Chelsea at Angus County Windows to anyone, first class in every aspect.

Excellent service and quality provided by Angus County Windows . Whole experience from start to finish cannot be faulted. Would definitely recommend this company . Am so pleased with the outcome ,can't stop admiring my new windows and doors . . Very friendly staff and clean up after themselves so I could sit with my feet up .
