AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOIDAlex from service after carrying out the visual health check stated, ‘the technician has noticed and requires immediate attention, the pads are at 2mm and the discs are heavily worn’.I refused this work, and took the vehicle to a local garage to replace the pads and discs, after replacing I have been provided the old pads and discs back by a confused mechanic, who reported over 6mm remaining on my pads and perfectly fine discs (images attached).I requested the following: a formal complaint and investigate, specifically into why;• I was offered this replacement (at a cost of £1200)• I was not provided a visual health check• my paper health check does not mention ‘2mm discs and heavily worn pads’And details of any regulating body.This was on 18/04/23, today its 7 weeks on, my complant is yet to be investigated.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company for either buying a car or servicing your Land Rover. Their service and attitude is absolutely disgraceful, particularly the service advisor I dealt with , Michelle Dyer , who could not have been more unhelpful and rude if she tried !! I booked my 2021 defender in to have the rear window washer repaired as it stopped working last week and water was leaking out onto the floor when I pressed the washer button. I was told it would be covered under manufacturers warranty (as it is under 3 years old ) . I received a call at the end of the day to say that it wasnt covered under warranty and that I would have to pay £225 ( one hours labour charge !!! )before they would let me have the car. They tried to tell me I had work done to the car which caused the problem. I have owned that car from one week after its registration with delivery mileage on it and apart from wheels and tyres I definitely havent had any work done to the car . They then said that somebody must have done work to the car in the week before I owned It and that is what caused the problem with the washer. Of course I argued that how has the washer worked for the last 2 years if that was the case. They wouldnt have any of it so to get my car back the only way was to pay the bill which I have now put in dispute with my credit card company as I believe I paid under duress . They refused to let me speak to anyone senior there other than that rude and unhelpful advisor.My issues are twofold - firstly their reason for getting out of doing the work under warranty is absolute nonsense. Secondly , if it wasnt covered under warranty they should have informed me before doing the work - I am sure I could have taken it somewhere that wouldnt charge me £225 to put a pipe back on !!My next port of call is Land Rover customer services who I have just tried but they close at 3pm !My wife and I own a defender each and I have owned range rovers for the last 25 years . I certainly will not be using Jardines in the future and I strongly urge you to avoid them for either buying a car or having any work done .PS I have given them one star because that is the only way you can post a review !!!

Had my car for 5 weeks for a simple repair, no timeframes provided and constantly chasing for an update. Finally got my car back with another fault and said they can’t look for another 3 weeks. I’ve booked my car in at 3 separate occasions and each time it was not looked at. Customer service is terrible and it’s like they are doing you a favour to fix your car. Clearly they knew there was a fault as warning light was on when I started the engine. Sums up their view on customer service. Avoid this place.**Update 15 Oct** spent 4 hours at the side of the road with my family inclduing 4 year old due to engine intake not being connected back correctly!

The vehicle was delivered to me with rear inside panel covers left open exposing wires. Also, the labour charge is very very high that doesn't justify kind of service you get in the end.

Very well looked after today while my car was in for a service at Jardine MK. Politely greeted by the Service Manager who I knew was expecting me and prepared because he addressed me by name (even though I was 15 mins early). Regularly refueled with coffee and biscuits while I waited in a nice area suitable for work calls.
