Lovely setup. Went in to inquire for an appointment and was met by a friendly staff member. They explained that they were unfortunately full. I would rate 5 stars if we did get to see the back but will give it 4 solely based on friendliness of staff and how immaculately clean and well organised the front was.

Got my chest pierced here 9 years ago and then re done again today, wouldn't trust anyone but Stu, he's so warm and lovely, really sets you at ease while maintaining professional standard. Fantastic shop with fantastic staff

Today was my 10th piercing at the other-side studio.As always a warm and friendly greeting from both stu and Nathan.I was recommended here by a friend and now refuse to go anywhere else.Professional fun and friendly environment.Stu and Nathan are fantastic to deal with and always very helpful.I have never had any issue with any of the serviceStu is a wonderfully calm and professional piercer who has a passion for his job.10/10 couldn’t write anything negative about any of my experiences.And would be happy to say this is the best piercing studio in belfast

The studio is very clean and the owner is very knowledgeable however not professional. I have been pierced here since my teenage years, but the last occasion I attended the shop the owner turned up 2 hours after the displayed opening times. I had been waiting an hour for the shop to open, saw them arrive and waited another ten minutes to let them get set up etc. I went to open the door and had it pushed back against my hand by the owner.On previous occasions, the owner has been rude, obnoxious, judgemental and just plain narcissistic. You will see other reviews saying the same thing. What is strange is that I seemed to be treated better when I was a 16 year old teenager than when I went as an adult. Another thing is that it feels like, if you are not heavily tattooed or pierced, you will be judged or made to feel uncomfortable. Stay away from this place - find someone who treats their customers with kindness and helpfulness.

100% the best place for piercing in NI, Stu and Nathan are lovely and super professional, store is immaculate and super hygienic. I’ve had piercings done in a few other places and you can definitely tell the difference in hygiene and professionalism. Got my daith and conch done here. You can walk in anywhere and get a piercing there and then, but here you’ll most likely have to book in advance and pay a deposit but it’s so worth waiting and paying up front to go somewhere that knows what they are doing.

Cannot rate this place highly enough. Made an impulsive walk in appointment and was am so glad I did. Both Nathan and Stu were so friendly and helped calm my nerves by talking me through each step. Stu took his time and was precise down to the millimetre to make sure they looked perfect. Everything was so clean and sterile, and after all my worrying, the “most painful piercings you can ever get done” hurt less than my nose piercing! Could not be happier with the service provided and will 100% travel back next time I need a piercing!

Been going here for 11 years now (roughly 23 piercings over the years). Literally wouldn’t go to get pierced anywhere else. Clean, hygienic, professional and friendly. Prices are fair and aftercare is second to none. Booking is easy and the the variety of piercing jewellery has really grown and improved over the years. You’re always shown the new and fresh piercing equipment and jewellery before you get pierced.Highly recommend Stu and Nathan’s services.Can only imagine that any negative reviews left are of the clients’ own failure to keep their own piercings clean.

This is my go to spot for piercings. They're lovely in there! And very easy to communicate with online. Also, super knowledge and will give you plenty of advice on healing up/ maintenance. Thanks dudes!
