Good idea, mediocre execution. The toppings of savoury pancakes are quite low quality for the price (almost £10 for a single pancake) and everything is clearly just microwaved in a minute before serving, plus the ketchup-based sauces are all you really taste. Sweet pancakes are definitely better and actually enjoyable, but still overpriced in my opinion.

Great place to go with friends or family. Lots of choice for everyone and reasonably prices. Food always comes out super fast as well. Staff are very friendly too

My partner and I popped in for an early lunch, and, not having visited before, listened as we were introduced to the menu by a friendly and enthusiastic waiter.I ordered the peri peri chicken stack, and my partner ordered the Chipotle pulled pork stack. Unfortunately, they brought us both the pulled pork but as we had a bus to catch we didn't make a huge deal of it and I just ate what was sent out.It was very filling, the portion sizes are very generous, but I think I'd have been happier with the peri peri chicken. The slaw was lost under a mountain of sauce and it was all very rich with no freshness to cut through (it was buried under the sauce). The loaded tater tots were amazing though, the best thing we had I think! All in all it was fine, reasonably priced and if you're after a quick bite then maybe check it out.

OK overall food was OK, however they sneakily add a service charge to your bill which you have to ask to be removed, by the time I realised I felt obliged to pay it, not impressed we also had the kids free pancake yes it free the removed the 2.50 from the bill but then charged £5 for a spoonful of yoghurt probably 2 strawberries and half a banana max, overall poor show with service charge and a con with the kids free pancake. they also did the 10% service charge total before they removed the 2.50 free pancake which again is very poor. won't be back again.

Very good food, massive portions, good price, lovely staff. But the tables and highchair could have done with a decent clean first.Only other disappointment was £2.50 for a tiny portion of syrup.Very American style of pancakes, don't underestimate how filling the double is.Loved the bottomless drip coffee

Food was lovely. The pancakes were fluffy, the portion was generous. Lovely cappuccino. Service was pretty speedy and friendly. The atmosphere was decent but a bit cold inside the building. Having come in from the cold outside, I expected it to be warm enough to take my jacket off but I sat in my jacket for a while and had to spend time warming up.

Go to stack and still every year for my birthday and the new menu has genuinely scuppered that plan, so I'm pretty gutted. Whoever made the cuts/decisions clearly has no concept of the role of texture as there are now barely any non- liquid options for sweet pancakes, aside from nuts and the token gesture of Oreos! Please at least bring back the toffee apple stack!!!!

I love this place! Been a few times now and the food is great! Very friendly staff and a lovely place to eat. It's nice and open with lots of light which I love. The choice of pancakes from sweet to savoury, including a kids menu is perfect. Highly recommend
