I started at curves a month ago and I love it.The coaches are so positive and encouraging but also have a laugh with you too. Women of all shapes and sizes are made to feel welcome by all coaches and other gym goers. There is a very positive and upbeat atmosphere every time I go. I feel that I can be myself there and focus on what I need and not worry about what others think.

Feeling really motivated. It's the 1st time in 20years I am enjoying exercise. The coaches are really helpful and encouraging when I am struggling.Further update 13 sessions in,from the minute you first walk through the door , you hear the laughter, chatter, feel the buzz ,the positivity , but also see the hard work. The coaches are amazing when I am struggling they help me, one to one. (I have long lasting injuries so need help from time to time)I also love the emails of encouragement. It feels like a club not a gym. It's something I look forward to! .

AMAZING, after listening to Coach Sal on Erewash Sound radio, sharing her motivation and positivity, 3 weeks ago , i decided to be brave, get on with it and Join Curves Ilkeston, the best decision i have ever made. It is simply the best place to work out, feel welcome, is fun and friendly, constantly meeting new people who are all there for the same reasons as me. The workout and circuit design is great, i never new i could achieve so much , with the help of the other ladies on the circuit, and the fantastic coaches, it almost feels like 1-to-1 personal training some days. The innovative smart workout and equipment are awesome. I wish I'd joined sooner.

I've tried so many exercise options but none really stuck. Six months ago I joined Curves Ilkeston and the atmosphere is completely different to any other exercise group I've tried. The coaches are fun, friendly and supportive and the other members are so welcoming and inclusive. I feel happier, stronger and fitter than ever before and look forward to my morning sessions every day.

I have been going to Curves now for 3 and a half months. I posted after 2 months saying how much I was enjoying it and how amazing and supportive the coaches are. I now feel I am beginning to tone up and feel better for it. Curves is a community not just building and improving strength, but also strong friendships. I love this place and met some lovely people. It’s a great start to my day.

It look me a couple of months to build up the courage to pop in for a chat as past experience of gyms isn’t great.I wish I’d done it months ago!All of the coaches are so supportive and friendly.Each work out is supported by a coach who is in the middle encouraging and supporting you.All shapes, sizes and ages of members, but each and every one so lovely.I’ve joined 5 weeks ago and have lost 4lb and 3.5 inches!The best gym in Ilkeston

The ladies at curves always make me feel welcome. I never feel judged, just accepted as I am. The coaches cheer each member on, they celebrate your wins and offer support when you're struggling. The members all come together to make a wonderful community. It's so much more than just a gym, it's a whole support network. I would greatly recommend to everyone!

Friendly coaches who help you on a circuit of equipment. It's just 30 minutes out of your day to exercise safely. It helps you lose weight and keep you healthy. Great atmosphere and for women only!

I was a loather of exercise, I was unconfident and uncomfortable in social situations. Curves has changed not just my fitness level but my outlook on life. The coaches are friendly, helpful and completely nonjudgmental. They are life mentors. Curves ladies are all really friendly and they are all very normal women. You can be exactly who you are and just have fun.I never thought I could enjoy exercise…. But I now love it!100% recommend!
